Development Of Self-efficacy Questionnaire For Serum Phosphorus Management In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

Objective: To develop a self-efficacy questionnaire for serum phosphorus management in MHD patients with good reliability and validity;to investigate the current status of self-efficacy in serum phosphorus management in MHD patients;to analyze the influencing factors of self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in MHD patients,and provide scientific reference for nurses to formulate more targeted serum phosphorus management measures.Research methods: Based on the definition of self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in MHD patients,extensively read domestic and foreign literature and refer to relevant guidelines to form a questionnaire entry pool;through expert consultation and patient evaluation,form a preliminary questionnaire for self-efficacy in serum phosphorus management of MHD patients.Facilitate the selection of 235 patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Serum Purification Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University and the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College to complete questionnaires and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Cronbach's a coefficient method was used for internal consistency reliability;Retest reliability was tested by filling in the questionnaire after 10-14 days between 50 patients and calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient of the two questionnaire scores;content validity was measured using the CVI index method;factor analysis was used to test the structural validity of the questionnaire;The self-efficacy questionnaire and the patient's serum phosphorus average in the past six months were used as the calibration standard to test the criterion-related validity of the questionnaire.A self-made questionnaire for self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in patients with MHD was applied to investigate the current status of self-efficacy in serum phosphorus management of patients.Using a single factor to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in MHD patients and general information,knowledge and behavior related to diet and medication,social support and depression,multivariate linear regression was used to analyze it's independent influencing factors.Results: 1.The self-efficacy questionnaire for serum phosphorus management in maintenance hemodialysis patients has 3 dimensions and 19 items.The cumulative interpretation rate of the three factors was 50.342%.The load of all items in the corresponding dimension is greater than 0.4;The internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire and each dimension were 0.879 ? 0.701-0.862,retest reliability of the questionnaire and each dimension were0.728?0.686?0.708 and 0.594(P<0.01);the correlation coefficient between the self-efficacy questionnaire and the general self-efficacy questionnaire was 0.769(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient with the mean serum phosphorus of patients in the past six months was-0.577(P<0.01).2.The score of self-efficacy blood phosphorus was(72.82 ± 12.601)point,which was at a medium level.3.Single-factor showed that age,work status,marital status,dialysis time,itching degree in the past six months,social support were associated with self-efficacy in patients' serum phosphorus management(P < 0.05);In the multivariate analysis,age,itching degree,dialysis time,and social support entered the regression equation(P <0.05),suggesting that they are independent influencing factors for self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in hemodialysis patients.Conclusions: 1.The self-efficacy questionnaire for serum phosphorus management of MHD patients have good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the status of self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in MHD patients.2.The self-efficacy of serum phosphorus management in MHD patients is at a medium level.Age,itching degree,dialysis time and social support are the influencing factors.The relevant influencing factors should be fully evaluated when formulating and implementing care plans and health consultation for patients,so as to facilitate targeted nursing intervention.
