Objective:Explore the status of self-management behavior of diabetic foot patients,analyze the main influencing factors of self-management ability of diabetic foot patients,and clarify the self-management ability and self-efficacy,self-management attitude,diabetes knowledge,medical coping style,social support,diabetes of patients with diabetic foot Painful relationship.Methods:Through the convenience sampling method,a cross-sectional study was conducted on 132 diabetic foot(DF)patients who were treated in the endocrinology department and diabetic foot clinic changing room of a third-level hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.The general situation questionnaire,diabetic foot patient self-management behavior scale,diabetes self-efficacy questionnaire(SED),diabetes self-management attitude scale,diabetes distress scale(DDS),medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ),and diabetes knowledge questionnaire(DKT)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate factors related to self-management of patients with diabetic foot.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Statistical description method was used to analyze the self-management level of diabetic foot patients.Spearman correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of patient self-management.Results:Results:1.The self-management behavior of 132 diabetic foot patients in this group was(5.77 ± 0.89)points,which was at a low level.The scores of the three dimensions are: foot care management score of(1.62 ± 0.60)points;daily life management score of(2.82 ± 0.43)points;condition monitoring and control score of(1.34 ± 0.53)points.The score of daily life management was the highest,and the dimensions of foot care management and disease monitoring and control were low.2.Univariate analysis.Educational level,monthly household income per capita,duration of diabetes,participation in diabetes education,and participation in We Chat group all affected the self-management ability of diabetic foot patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).2.In this group of 132 patients with diabetic foot,the median self-efficacy score was 7.75 points,which was at a medium level;the median self-management attitude score was 0.92 points,which was at a high level;the median diabetes knowledge score was 6 points,which was at a moderate level Low level;median diabetes pain score is 1.74;median coping response score is 19 in medical coping styles;avoidance coping score is 16;median yield coping score is 9;social support The median score is 21 points.3.Univariate analysis,education level,family monthly income,diabetes duration,participation in diabetes education,and We Chat group all affected the self-management ability of diabetic foot patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Self-efficacy,diabetes knowledge,social support,medical coping style and self-management ability,foot care management,daily life management,disease monitoring and control,and total scale were all positively correlated(P <0.05,P <0.01);Diabetes pain,medical avoidance coping style and self-management ability,foot care management,daily life management,condition monitoring and control,and total scale were all negatively correlated(P <0.05,P <0.01).4.Multi-factor analysis,education,diabetes knowledge,self-efficacy,medical coping styles,social support,and participation in diabetes education are the main factors affecting self-management ability(P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion:1.The self-management level of diabetic foot patients is low,which needs to be further improved.2.Self-efficacy,diabetes knowledge,social support,medical coping style and self-management ability showed a positive correlation;diabetes pain,medical avoidance coping style and self-management ability showed a negative correlation.3.There are many factors that lead to the low self-management ability of diabetic foot patients.Among them,the six factors affecting diabetes knowledge,education,self-efficacy,medical avoidance coping styles,social support,and participation in diabetes education are its main factors.4.During the intervention of patients with diabetic foot,medical personnel should strengthen the stimulation of patients' self-efficacy,strengthen their knowledge of diabetes,build systematic social support,and help them improve their self-management attitude and diabetic pain,and guide them in accordance with individual circumstances.Patients actively respond to the disease,and then better improve their self-management capabilities and enhance the level of self-management.
