electronic medical records based on "Internet plus" has achieved initial results.Some medical couplets have even realized the flow of electronic prescriptions and online payment for medical insurance,and patients are getting more and more convenient for medical treatment,and the services are becoming more and more high-quality.However,in many cities,the standards of medical quality management at all levels are not unified,the supervision is not synchronous,and the assessment is inconsistent,which greatly reduces the medical experience of patients and the level of medical service.In addition,the deep mining of "Internet plus" by the medical association is not enough,and the characteristics of Internet innovation driving and connecting everything have not been fully integrated into the information construction,for example,real-time capture,analysis,and evaluation of data and indicators of medical quality in medical institutions at all levels,this function plays an important role in improving the level of medical service and patient experience,and greatly reducing the incidence of medical accidents.It is also the leading trend of the future development of medical quality management.Research methods In the first part,"Internet plus 's current situation analysis and progress reference of urban medical association medical quality management",the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,social investigation,expert consultation,SWOT analysis and systematic evaluation were used to make a systematic and in-depth analysis and research on urban medical quality management under the environment of "Internet plus",and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.In the second part,"the analysis of medical quality management of 'Internet plus' urban medical association ",the thesis starts with the theoretical research of "Internet plus" urban medical quality management,it summarizes the relevant concepts,analyzes the significance of Internet technology to medical quality,and finds out the contradictory problems in China.By the study of the current development situation and some achievements at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes the reference and enlightenment of foreign development experience to our country,and on the basis of the above research,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures to improve the medical quality management of "Internet plus" urban medical association in China,and describes and looks forward to the next development trend.In the third part,"the countermeasures to strengthen the medical quality management of the medical association in Internet plus",the research took the patient as the center,the patient safety as the traction,and the medical quality management as the core,on the basis of interpreting the current policy requirements of China's public hospital reform,analyzed the current situation of the application of Internet technology in the medical association at home and abroad,as well as the ways of medical quality management,finding out the contradictory problems existing in the medical quality management of domestic urban medical association,drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign medical quality management.By the SWOC analysis which was the improved SWOT method,we studied the medical quality management improvement measures that met the needs of patients,were suitable for the reform of public hospitals and the internal requirements of "Internet plus" urban medical association,and adapted to the current domestic medical and health environment,we also worked out the countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of "Internet plus" urban medical association.In the fourth part,"the establishment of 'Internet plus' urban medical quality management countermeasure evaluation system",the thesis uses the Delphi expert consultation method to refine 6 measures into 3 categories and 11 points as evaluation objects,and draws up a consultation questionnaire.A total of 16 leaders engaged in hospital medical quality management,medical quality management post staff,medical quality management policy research experts and hospital clinicians were selected from the army and local areas for expert consultation and argumentation,the evaluation system and results of relevant measures were formed.Research results1.The thesis describes the concepts of Internet plus,medical association,medical quality,and the related theories of "Internet plus" urban medical quality management,including graded diagnosis and treatment,internal operating mechanism,performance evaluation and so on.2.The thesis analyzes the current situation of the development of the "Internet plus"urban medical federation at home and abroad,including the current operation of the medical association,from the aspects of graded diagnosis and treatment,medical quality assessment and supervision,diagnosis and treatment process,information construction,etc.,after a comparative analysis,this thesis expounds that it can be used as a reference for our country to promote medical quality management by evaluation,fine management by informatization and cultural construction by patient supremacy.3.Based on "Internet plus",there are some major difficulties and problems in the medical quality management of urban medical association in China,such as the difficulty of internal integration,the lack of comprehensive development of graded diagnosis and treatment,the non-uniform assessment of medical quality,the difficulty of medical quality control,and the low degree of integration of diagnosis and treatment process,the information construction is not perfect,the construction funds are limited and others.4.The countermeasures of "Internet plus" urban medical quality management are mainly to strengthen the functions of the government,improve the relevant supporting measures;build an information platform and create an internal integration mechanism;rely on the technical characteristics of the Internet,develop the function of medical quality management;introduce the information technology of the Internet,improve the efficiency of medical services;strengthen multi-cooperation and introduce construction funds through multiple channels;integrate the information elements,build a modern medical service culture;accelerate the homogenization of medical quality,and improve the overall diagnosis and treatment ability of the medical association.5.Through the 11 point indexes and their weights of 3 categories of "policy system","medical quality management" and "information construction",this thesis analyzed the evaluation system and the results related to the construction of medical quality in "Internet plus" city.Research conclusion Internet technology plays an important role in urban medical quality management.The management in foreign countries can be used for reference to our country.In view of the main difficulties and problems,based on clear objectives and requirements,adopting the countermeasures such as management means,operation mechanism and capital guarantee,and establishing the evaluation system of countermeasures will promote the improvement and development of medical quality management in "Internet plus" city. |
