With the continuous development of the medical metrology and qualitycontrol in military hospital in recent years, older version medical equipmentmanagement information system which is only used for assets managementhasn’t embodied the development of the medical equipment management andfulfilled the work demand of medical engineering department.For solving the problems of older version medical equipmentmanagement information system, according to the development condition ofmedical equipment management in military hospital, based on the latestresearch of digital construction and system establishing of medical equipmentmanagement, by summarizing and improving the content and work processesof lifetime quality management system of medical equipment in militaryhospital, it is put forward that lifetime quality management information of medical equipment in military hospital should include basic information,metrology and quality controlling information, maintenance information.Aiming at the digital management of lifetime quality of medical equipment, itis designed and developed of lifetime quality management system of medicalequipment in military hospital by applying computer, network and barcodetechnologies. The system provides the digital workplace of lifetime qualitymanagement of medical equipment in military hospital and fulfills the demandof digital construction of medical equipment management.The system is designed based on J2EE, oracle as a database server,Myeclipse as developing software, Java as a main program language, whichapplied Struts+Spring+Hibernate integrated framework. Among them, theStruts as the presentation layer, the Spring as the business layer, Hibernate asa data persistence layer, the separation of presentation logic and businesslogic is achieved. System have features of cross-platform, strongexpansibility, code reuse, and low maintenance cost, convenient deployment,combined with practical work closely, and so on.Addition to the basic database entry, modify, query functions, but also toachieve the automatic generation and printing of barcode labels, calling oflifetime quality information of medical equipment, expiration reminder of themetrology measurement and quality control testing, and such as convenientand useful functions. It achieves the design goal of the lifetime qualitymanagement of medical equipment in military hospital and meets the systemrequirements. In practical applications, the hospital intranet as networkenvironment, combining with the barcode printers, laser scanning grabs,wireless data collection terminals and other hardware devices, the systemachieves a better effect. The system solves the problems of older version medical equipmentmanagement information system, but also standardizes the work processes oflifetime quality management of medical equipment in military hospital, andrealizes the quality assessment, process supervising and the deep mining ofdata, and enforces the supervising of medical equipment. The system has agreat efficiency and application value.
