| Objective:Through the use of modern data mining technology,statistics and analysis of professor Wu Jianguang's traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypertension medication law,combined with clinical medical case analysis of the tutor's treatment of hypertension clinical experience.Methods: The collected effective medical plans of professor Wu Jianguang for the treatment of hypertension were recorded into the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system(V2.5),and then the data mining and statistics were conducted by using the medical case analysis prescription analysis function in the data mining software and the entropy clustering of association rules and other functional methods inherent in the system.To explore the medication law and treatment characteristics of professor Wu Jianguang in the treatment of hypertension,and to summarize his clinical experience in clinical trials.Results:Through the data mining of the platform system,it can be seen that 214 prescriptions of professor Wu Jianguang for the treatment of hypertension were collected,involving 199 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.According to the present frequency during the drug,according to the results of the top 50 of the traditional Chinese medicine are:rhizoma gastrodiae,radix glycyrrhizae,radix scutellariae,poria cocos,gardenia,cane,dried tangerine or orange peel,rhizoma alismatis,radix polygoni multiflori uncaria,eucommia bark,achyranthes,mulberryparasitism,angelica,haliotis,mother-of-pearl,pinellia,calcined magnet,motherwort,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba,atractylodes,god eight,big jujube,tribulus terrestris,ginger,dangshen,peach kernel,zizyphus jujube kernel,safflower,radix puerariae,astragalus root,cortex phellodendri,radix rehmanniae,divine comedy,oysters,acid-insoluble ash,cortex moutan,bamboo shavings,yam,rehmannia root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,also,dogwood,radix geutianae,dwarf lilyturf,chrysanthemum,fructus schisandrae,plantain,rhizoma atractylodis.It can be seen that the prescriptions commonly used by the tutor mainly include tianma hook teng drink,free and easy powder,li's qing shu yiqi soup,wendan soup,liuwei dihuang pill,longdan xiegang soup,taohong siwu soup,blood stasis soup and so on.According to the statistical results of drug properties,the most used cold drugs,up to969 times;Thermophilic drugs were followed by 903;766 times of flat drugs;The lowest number of cold and hot drugs were 149 and 15,respectively.According to the statistical results of the five tastes of the drug,the sweet taste was the most,up to 1522 times,followed by the bitter and spicy taste,and the sour,salty and astringent taste was relatively less.According to the situation of the passage of drugs,the number of times is the liver meridian,up to 1602 times,followed by the spleen meridian,the heart meridian and kidney meridian are more,the lung meridian in the five meridians at the least,in addition,there are drugs to the stomach meridian,bile meridian,large intestine meridian,bladder meridian and small intestine meridian.By using the association rule analysis in this platform,55 combinations of commonly used drug patterns and 14 core drugs of professor Wu Jianguang in the treatment of hypertension were obtained,and the method of complex system clustering was used to analyze the 6 core drug combinations in the treatment of hypertension,and three new prescriptions that may have certain antihypertensive effect were derived.Conclusion:1.Professor Wu Jianguang believes that the etiology of hypertension should pay attention to the deficiency of wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,and the deficiency of the disease is the key to the occurrence of hypertension,and phlegm and blood stasis is an important pathogenic factor.2.Professor wu jianguang believes that the location of hypertension is mainly liver,and related to the spleen and kidney.3.Professor wu jianguang is good at the treatment of hypertension from the liver,pay attention to the day after,tonic nature,pay attention to the removal of blood stasis. |
