Objective : The purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect of intramuscular patch and foot core training on the patients in the flat group through the combination of intramuscular patch and foot core training,so as to provide a new rehabilitation program for the patients in the flat group,provide a theoretical basis for the curative effect of foot core training and intramuscular patch,and promote the clinical application of intramuscular patch and foot core training.Methods:39 patients with flatfoot who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: intramuscular patch group,foot core training group,foot intramuscular patch and foot core training combined group.There were 13 in the muscle sticking group,13 in the foot nucleus group and 13 in the combined group.In the muscle sticking group,the patients with flatfoot were treated only with the method of intramuscular effective sticking and binding of foot,once every other day,the single sticking and binding were maintained for more than 24 hours,no more than 36 hours,for 8 weeks.In the foot nucleus group,only core foot training was used to treat flatfoot subjects,40-50 min / time,3 times / week,for 8 weeks.The treatment frequency of the combined group was the same as that of the muscle sticking group and the foot nucleus group.Before and 8 weeks after the intervention,the plantar pressure test and analysis system was used to evaluate the peak pressure,the load rate of the internal and external arch,the contact area of the specific area of the plantar and the time change of each period of the supporting phase under the condition of natural walking;the muscle function of the flexor hallucis muscle was evaluated by the pull meter of the great toe;the static state was evaluated by the posturographic system The dynamic postural stability of the subjects was evaluated by using the Biodex dynamic balance test system.Each test is completed by a fixed tester.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing of test data.The test resultswere expressed by X ± S.single factor analysis of variance and paired sample t test were used for data analysis.P < 0.05 was taken as the significant level of difference,P< 0.01 as the very significant level of difference,P < 0.001 as the extremely significant level of difference.Results:(1)8 weeks after intervention,there were significant differences in load rate,contact area and other indicators between the combined group and the foot nucleus group(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in the peak pressure and support phase indicators between the combined group and the pre intervention group(P < 0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference between the combined group and the foot nucleus group in the muscle function index of flexor hallucis muscle strength compared with that before intervention(P < 0.001).(3)After 8 weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference in the length of the static balance index sway between the combined group and the pre intervention group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the static balance index between the foot nucleus group and the muscle paste group(P > 0.05).(4)There was a significant difference in ODC between the combined group and the foot nucleus group(P < 0.001);there was a significant difference in CTT between the combined group and the foot nucleus group(P < 0.001);there was a significant difference in CTT between the foot nucleus group and the foot nucleus group(P <0.01).Conclusion:(1)Three kinds of intervention methods can improve flatfoot in the indexes related to plantar pressure test,plantar muscle function and balance and posture.(2)Foot intramuscular effect sticking has a positive effect on the improvement of flatfoot functional index,but the effect is not so good.(3)Foot core training can enhance the sole structure,protect the flat sole from further damage and structural deformation(4)Foot core training combined with intramuscular effect sticking has the most significant effect on the improvement of flatfoot related indexes,which is better than the simple foot core training or intramuscular effect sticking.
