Objective: To investigate the effects of Liraglutide on the levels of Fibroblast growth factor-21(FGF-21),serum Asprosin and Adipsin in Obese / overweight patients with type 2 diabetes Mellitus(T2DM),to further explore the specific mechanism of Liraglutide for Improving Body Weight and blood glucose and Lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with obesity/ overweight who were admitted to the endocrinology department of Shijiazhuang First Hospital from April 2018 to February 2018 were randomly selected. They were randomly divided into control group(Control)and test group(Test)by random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin. On this basis,The test group was additionally treated with liraglutide. The patients in both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The changes of Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid, insulin resistance index,Islet Cell Function,Body Mass Index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure(SBP),serum FGF-21,serum Asprosin and serum Adipsin were observed before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 software was performed to conduct correlation analysis on general data, laboratory indexes, improvement of related indexes after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Comparison in the control group before and after treatmentCompared with the control group,BMI,WC,FPG,HBA1 C,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,LDL-C,SBP and Asprosin in the Liraglutide group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the contents of Homa-,Adipsin and FGF-21 increased significantly(P<0.05).2.Correlation between serum FGF-21 and metabolic indexesSerum FGF-21 was significantly negatively correlated with FPG,Hb A1 c,and HOMA-IR levels(P<0.05),and was significantly positively correlated with HOMA-?(P<0.05).3.Correlation between serum Adipsin and metabolic indexesSerum Adipsin was significantly negatively correlated with FPG,Hb A1 c,TG,and HOMA-IR levels(P<0.05),and significantly positively correlated with HOMA-?(P<0.05).4.Correlation between serum Asprosin and metabolic indexesSerum Asprosin was significantly positively correlated with FPG,Hb A1 c,and HOMA-IR levels(P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with HOMA-?(P<0.05).5.Correlation of serum FGF-21,Adipsin and Asprosin with metabolic indexesFPG,HOMA-IR,and Hb A1 c were independent influencing factors of serum FGF-21(P<0.05),TG and HOMA-? were independent influencing factors of serum Adipsin(P<0.05),and HOMA-IR are independent influencing factors of serum Asprosin(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Liraglutide could improve insulin resistance, improve islet ?-cell function, lower blood lipids and weight levels by increasing serum Adipsin and FGF-21 levels in obese / overweight T2 DM patients;2.Liraglutide could improve insulin resistance by reducing serum Asprosin levels.
