Objective:By comparing the general data and metabolic indexes of patients with different body mass index type 2 diabetes, the correlation between body mass index and metabolic indexes was analyzed;and the correlation between the distribution of TCM syndrome types and metabolic indexes of overweight and obese type 2 diabetes patients was studied.Provide ideas for TCM syndrome differentiation and intervention treatment of clinically overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Collect the general data(age, gender, course of disease)of type 2 diabetes patients who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2019 to May 31,2020 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Syndrome and metabolic indicators(FBG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,APTT,PT,FIB,MAU).First,the patients were divided into normal BMI group and overweight and obese group according to their body mass index. The two groups were compared to analyze the correlation between body mass index and metabolic indicators;secondly, the correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes and metabolic indicators of overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes was analyzed.Apply SPSS26.0 statistical software to establish data and perform statistical analysis on the above data.Results:1.Compared with the normal BMI group, the overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes have obvious disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism.2.Metabolic index analysis of the two groups of patients: Compared with the normal BMI group, the overweight and obese group had higher levels of FBG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,and MAU;HDL-C,APTT,The PT level was lower than that of the normal BMI group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The distribution of TCM syndromes in overweight and obese type 2diabetes patients: from most to least, there are deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis,damp-heat trapping of the spleen, deficiency of both qi and yin, excess heat in the lungs and stomach, and deficiency of both yin and yang.4.TCM syndrome types and general data: There are differences in age and course of disease between syndrome types, which are statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them, patients with yin and yang deficiency syndrome are the oldest and have a longer course of disease;BMI,The sex ratios were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.TCM syndrome types and metabolic indicators: FBG level,damp-heat trapped spleen syndrome and lung and stomach heat syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome, yin and yang deficiency syndrome compared, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Damp-heat trapped spleen syndrome It is positively correlated with FBG.The level of Hb A1 c,the syndrome of damp-heat trapping the spleen, the syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang and the syndrome of pulmonary and stomach-heating,were significantly different(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant between the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and stasis and the syndrome of trapping the spleen with dampness and heat Significance(P<0.05).The level of FIB,the deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis, compared with lung and stomach heat,damp-heat trapping the spleen, and deficiency of both qi and yin,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis was positively correlated with FIB.The level of MAU,yin and yang deficiency syndrome is the highest, compared with other syndrome types, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between lung and stomach heat syndrome and other syndrome types, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Yin and yang deficiency syndrome is positively correlated with MAU.There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,PT,and APTT among the various syndrome types(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with the normal weight group, overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes have abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.2.Overweight and obesity type 2 diabetes has the most syndromes of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis, followed by the syndrome of damp-heat trapping the spleen, and the number of cases of deficiency of both yin and yang is the least.3.TCM syndrome types are related to age and course of disease, young age, short course of disease, multiple fever syndromes, and positive symptoms;older age, long course of disease, multiple syndromes of deficiency and excess, and deficiency syndromes.4.The syndrome of damp-heat trapping the spleen is positively correlated with FBG;the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis is positively correlated with FIB;the syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang is positively correlated with MAU. |
