Study On The Construction Of Nursing Drug Safety Valve Based On Clinical Research

Objective:This study focused on the safety of clinical nursing drug use.Based on the concept of drug safety of clinical research nurses,through literature research,questionnaire investigation and expert group meeting,a set of nursing drug safety valve led by clinical research nurses and strong maneuverability was constructed,and the clinical implementation and intervention effect were evaluated.Through the construction and intervention of the nursing drug safety valve,on the one hand,reducing the adverse events of drug use and approaching the occurrence of adverse drug events and the underreporting rate of adverse drug reactions have important guiding significance for drug safety nursing;on the other hand,it is of great guiding significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce the medical expenses and improve the quality of life,so as to finally achieve the purpose of ensuring the safety of drug use.Methods of study:1.Through literature research and questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of drug safety management at home and abroad,understands the opinions and suggestions of medical staff on clinical nursing drug safety management,and provides reference and reference for the construction of nursing drug safety valve.2.Based on SHEL model and Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure theory,the nursing drug safety valve model was initially formed by consulting experts in various related fields,and the nursing drug safety valve model was revised through group meeting discussion,and the operation mechanism was revised to clarify the responsibilities and evaluation indexes of clinical drug safety management team members3.New drug,high risk drug warning and embedded mobile nursing PDA(personal digital assistant)system were formulated.After systematic training of specific operators,cluster sampling method was adopted to select the general surgical ward of a Grade 3A hospital in Nanjing as the research object,and the changes of various evaluation indexes before and after the implementation of nursing drug safety valve were compared,so as to evaluate the scientific and practical nature of nursing drug safety valve.Results:1.The difficulty in the clinical application of special drugs is as high as 79.73% of the respondents are not familiar with the relevant knowledge of the special drugs,and33.11% of the respondents hope to set up a nursing safety team.2.The results of the positive study: after 8 months after the application of the safety valve of the nursing medication,the first c-level event in a certain area:13 cases of the medication error occurred,5 cases after the implementation,p-value=0.027,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)from the incidence of the adverse event of the medication(p<0.05);and the b-level event: The order error decreased from 12 to 4,p-value=0.021,the delay of medication was decreased from 25 to 8,p-value=0.001,drug-mixed was decreased from 18 to 5,p-value=0.002,and the number of drug-administration complaints decreased from 4 to 0,p-value=0.031,There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse events(p<0.05),the adverse drug reaction was reported from 0 to 2,and the patient's satisfaction increased from 97.85% to 98.49%.Conclusion:1.Through this investigation,it is found that the clinical nursing staff lack of knowledge of safe drug use,and their awareness of safety of high-risk drug use needs to be improved.2.This study shows that the nurse-led nursing drug safety valve model is based on SHEL model and Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure theory.Through the multi-disciplinary nursing drug safety management team,the safety valve is established on the corresponding unsafe links of drug use,and the mobile nursing system is embedded,which is convenient for clinical nurses to master and operate,at the same time,it is convenient for nurses to study drug knowledge and consolidate their scientific and standardized drug delivery.3.Through empirical analysis,the safety valve of nursing drug use is stable and effective,and through the study and use of nursing drug safety valve,it can be permeated into all aspects of nursing practice,which can comprehensively improve the consciousness of nursing drug safety of clinical nurses,reduce the adverse events of clinical drug use,and approach the occurrence of adverse events of drug use.
