The Research On The TCM Syndrome Type,the Quality Of Life And The Related Factors Of 140 Patients With Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

ObjectiveThe study aims to understand the etiological factors of POI,the distribution and differentiation of menstruation,TCM syndrome type and the quality of life score,which to provides more references and epidemiology data for POI in preventive measures and clinical treatment plan.MethodBased on inclusion standard,this study collected cases from the Chengdu university of TCM hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology with POI from October 2018 to November 2019.We collect data including the general situation,the menstruation situation,the collection of FSH,LH and E₂,the calculation of FSH/LH.By the WHOQOL BREF and clinical symptoms and signs scale,we calculate the score from quality of life and understand the situation what POI belongs to TCM syndrome type by using EXCEL to establish database,using IBM SPSS21.0software to analysis data and statistics.This study adopt frequency analysis and the cluster analysis to explore differentiation of data.ResultsThrough the basic related data that involving the general situation,the menstruation condition,TCM syndrome type and the quality of life,140 patients with POI are surveyed and researched in this paper.We coming to the following conclusions:Patients with POI in college graduate in cultural level or above account for60.7%,in office jobs workers are 70.7%.Most patients have history of uterus or uterine cavity operation,elytritis,pelvic inflammatory,weight loss,and bad living habits.POI patients often has menstrual pattern disorder with abnormal menstrual cycle and quantity.Compared between menstrual pattern and sleep condition,the difference is statistically significant?P<0.05?.The abnormal menstrual cycle and menstrual quantity has highest FSH and FSH/LH.FSH?P<0.05?and FSH/LH?P<0.05?distribution in different menstrual pattern is statistically difference.The number of liver and kidney yin deficiency is most,followed by kidney yin and yang deficiency,kidney deficiency and liver stagnancy.The level of education?P<0.05?,FSH?P<0.05?and FSH/LH?P<0.05?in different syndrome types is statistically difference.The score in patients with POI are lower in various fields average score,quality of life summary and self-assessment summary.Different syndrome types,age,menstrual cycle,menstrual quantity,menstrual period,menstrual pattern distribution,Drinking and smoking in quality of life on average score are no statistical significance.ConclusionsSeveral influence factors are related with POI that including age,degree of education,occupation,uterus or uterine cavity operation,pelvic inflammatory,history of weight loss,and bad living habits such as smoking or drinking.POI menstrual pattern is mainly abnormal menstrual cycle and quantity.It is common that menstrual cycle is delay and quantity is decreased.The serum FSH and FSH/LH have important significance for the patients to evaluate the menstruation situation.The clinical syndrome of POI is mainly liver kidney yin deficiency type.Considering that and modern woman often has more pressure in life or work,yin decrease in the period result from sleep lately.FSH and FSH/LH are more sensitive than LH and E₂ in different syndrome types.POI has adverse effect on women in quality of life and reduce the score of self assessment.We should guide patients to choose healthy lifestyle.It will beneficial to prevent the premature ovarian insufficiency to the premature ovarian failure.
