Clinical Research Of YangyinDianji Decoction In Treating Premature Ovarian Failure Based On Theory Of Kidney Yin Growth After Menstruation

OBJECTIVE:by observing the effects of Yangyin Dianji Decoction on menstruation,TCM symptoms,Symptoms of Premature ovarian failure,Basal body temperature curve,sex hormone levels and The number of antral follicles in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and Liver depression,to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the instructor's application of Yangyin Dianji Decoction in Treating patients with Premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and Liver depression based on Theory of Kidney Yin growth After menstruation,and providing a new clinical idea for the prevention and treatment of this disease.METHODS:Fifty patients with Premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and Liver depression were randomly assigned to the treatment group(Yangyin Dianji Foundation)and the control group.(Kuntai capsule),3 case shedding,finally including 25 cases in the treatment group,22 cases in the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,observing the changes of Comprehensive efficacy,menstrual status score,TCM symptoms,modified kupperman scale score,Basal body temperature curve,sex hormone level(FSH,LH,E2),AMH level and The number of antral follicles before and after the treatment between the two groups.RESULTS:Before treatment,Age,course of disease,menstrual status score,menstruation,TCM symptoms,modified kupperman scale score,Basal body temperature curve,sex hormone level(FSH,LH,E2),AMH level and The number of antral follicles were statistically analyzed without significant differences and were comparable.1.Comparison of clinical total effective rate:92%in the treatment group and 68.18%in the control group,There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group.2.Comparison of menstrual status scores:The menstrual status of the two groups after treatment was better than before(P<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01);It is suggested that Yangyin Dianji Decoction can effectively improve the patient's menstrual conditions,the effect is significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.01),indicating that Yangyin Dianji Decoction can effectively improve the relevant TCM syndromes of patients with Premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and Liver depression4.Comparison of modified kupperman scale score:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.01).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treat,ment group was significantly more effective than the control group5.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:After treatment,the serum E2 levels of the two groups were improved compared with before,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference of serum FSH levels between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum LH levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Comparison of AMH level:There was no significant improvement in AMH level after treatment in the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05)7.Comparison of antral follicle number(AFC):The number of antral follicles in the two groups both had no difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).the difference between the treatment group and the control group was no significant difference(P>0.05).8.Comparison of basal body temperature changes:After treatment,there was a difference between the two groups,The treatment group was superior to the control group9.There was no clinical adverse reaction during the treatment process,and the Yangyin Dianji Decoction was safe.Conclusion:Yangyin Dianji Decoction can effectively Improve the menstrual condition and Relieve clinical symptoms of patients with Premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and Liver depression.It can partially improve the hormone levels in the body.The clinical effect is reliable and safe.
