Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Refractory Chloasma Based On "Long-Term Illness Involving Collaterals" Theory

Objective: Purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Self-made Yurong Decoction combined with Tranexamic Acid in the treatment of refractory chloasma,so as to provide clinical basis and new ideas for the combined treatment of chloasma.Methods: The patients who met the inclusion exclusion criteria and agreed to participate in this study were randomly divided into the Chinese and western treatment combination group(treatment group)and the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Self-made Yurong decoction plus TA orally,while the control group was treated with TA and vitamin C orally.After 12-week intervention,the skin lesion score,VISIA score and chloasma quality of life scale before and after the first,second and third course of treatment were compared between the two groups,these indicators were used to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.This study’s data were statistically analyzed by spss25.0.Results:66 patients were included in this trial,and 62 cases were completed.In the Chinese and western treatment combination group,32 cases were completed,1 case was clinically cured,14 cases were significant effective,11 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 81.25%,and the markedly effective rate was 46.87%.30 cases in the control group,the total effective rate was 53.33%,the markedly effective rate was 23.34%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of oral TA combined with Self-made Yurong Decoction was more significant.The effective rate of the Chinese and western combination group was slightly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05).In terms of skin lesion score,two groups both began to improve after one course of treatment,the combined group was higher than the control group after 3 courses(P<0.05).After treatment,the combined group was better than the control group in improving the score of VISIA spots,but there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of brown spots and red areas between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the quality of life,the two groups was both improved after treatment,and the improvement of the combined group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The control and the combined group of traditional Chinese and western medicine got improved in the facial lesions,quality of life and VISIA score of patients with refractory chloasma,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.The total curative effect of the treatment group is more significant after 2 courses of treatment.2.The total effective rate,the improvement of VISIA spot score and the improvement of life quality of patients with chloasma in the combined treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.3.Self-made Yurong Decoction combined with oral TA is a reliable choice for the treatment of refractory chloasma.The curative effect is remarkable,which is worthy of further clinical study.
