Observation On The Curative Effect Of Shugan Lixue Decoction Combined With Q-Switch 1064nm Nd:YAG Laser In The Treatment Of Chloasma

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Lixue Decoction combined with QS Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria of qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma,61 female patients with chloasma who were treated in the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected for this project.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group for systemic treatment,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Lixue Decoction combined with QS Nd: YAG laser treatment,and the control group was treated with Honghua Xiaoyao Capsule.Both groups were given hydroquinone cream thin coating on their skin lesions.4 consecutive weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.According to the calculation formula of the color area of chloasma and the severity index score(MASI score),the scores of the two groups of patients with chloasma in the areas of skin lesion area,color depth and uniformity were recorded at the initial diagnosis and after the completion of 3 courses of treatment.Statistical analysis and evaluation of the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups in the treatment of chloasma.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the MASI scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically tested,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion efficacy index of the treatment group(51.21%)was higher than that of the control group(32.11%).The skin lesion efficacy index of the two groups was statistically tested,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(86.67%)was superior to that of the control group(51.61%).The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically tested,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Shugan Lixue decoction combined with QS Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma has the advantages of good clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions.
