Clinical Study Of Erhuang Jiedu Ointment In Promoting Wound Healing Of Low Perianal Abscess

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Erhuang Jiedu Ointment applied to external dressing after operation for low perianal abscess,and to accumulate certain research data for its clinical application and promotion.Methods: 60 patients with low perianal abscess who were admitted to the anorectal disease area of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.All patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients underwent one-time radical operation for perianal abscess.On the basis of general treatment,the patients in both groups began to change dressing on the second day after operation.The test group used the external use of Erhuang Jiedu ointment gauze for dressing change,and the control group used the external use of metronidazole gauze for dressing change until the incision was completely healed.Observe and record the values of serum TNF-? and IL-6 on the 1st day before surgery,the 2nd day and the 7th day after surgery,and the incision depth on the day,7th,14 th,and 21 th day after surgery,incisional secretion score and pain score on the 2nd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation,incisional granulation growth scores on the 2nd,7th,and 14 th days after the operation,and the complete healing time of the incision in the two groups of patients.And analyze and compare the above data.Results:In terms of serum inflammatory factors TNF-? and IL-6,the TNF-? and IL-6 indexes of the two groups decreased significantly on the 7th day after operation compared with the 2nd day after operation,and the decrease level of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In the depth of the incision,the test group was significantly better than the control group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).On the score of incision secretion,the test group was significantly better than the control group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In terms of incision pain scores,the test group was significantly better than the control group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In terms of incision granulation growth score,the test group was significantly better than the control group on the 7th and 14 th days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the healing time of the incision,the test group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Both groups of patients were completely cured,and no adverse events occurred,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions:Erhuang Jiedu ointment can effectively promote wound healing,inhibit inflammatory reaction,reduce wound secretion,relieve pain,promote incision growth and shorten healing time after operation of low simple perianal abscess.
