Clinical Observation On Thetreat Ment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Stable Period)with Pulmonary Fibrosis By SanXian Granules

Research purposes:by randomized controlled clinical trials of the research methods,through to the participants' syndromes quantitative score,mMRC stage and grade of 6 MWT and self life ability score,hospitalization frequency data indexes such as statistical analysis,an objective summary and evaluation of the fine particles in the treatment of COPD(stability)with pulmonary fibrosis clinical curative effectMethods:the clinical trial by recruiting within 2018.04 2020.04 this two years in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of general medicine clinics(stability)with pulmonary fibrosis in patients with COPD,and the sifting met inclusion criteria of the 76 patients,patients will be selected according to the principle of randomized,controlled,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,experimental group in which 38 cases,control group 38 cases.The patients in the control group were given the accepted medical treatment plan of western medicine,while the experimental group was added with sanfa granules on the basis of the control group.The experimental period was 6 months for treatment,and 6 months for follow-up.At each treatment node and follow-up node,the subjects were assisted to complete the CRF form.Finally,the CRF form data of each subject were statistically sorted out.The original data was analyzed and processed by SPSS26.0 statistical softwareResults:according to the analysis and processing of the original data,the total effective rate of the two groups was 57.9%and 34.2%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.After 6 months of treatment,the quantitative score of TCM syndromes,m MRC grade,6MWT grade,hospitalization frequency,blood PaO2,fevi%group were compared before and after the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in blood PH,blood PaCO2,death of each group,safety related indicators and adverse reactionsResearch conclusion:the patients with COPD(stability)with pulmonary fibrosis by internal medicine treatment+dispersion fiber particles treatment can improve the syndromes of patients with quantitative score,m MRC stage and grade of 6MWT and self life ability score,can also reduce the number of hospitalized patients,improve blood PaO2,FEV1%,in these aspects the treatment is superior to western medicine internal medicine treatment,and two kinds of treatment the adverse reaction of no difference.
