Abstract Objective To explore the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation related with the pulmonary function of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and to evaluate the value of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 30 cases of patients with COPD in stable period in hospital during February 2014 to September 2014, which were chosen as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group (n=15) and the control group (n=15). The control group were received conventional treatments, the experimental group were treated with regular exercise prescription and on the base of the conventional treatments. The differences in lung functions (FEVi%pred、FEV1 /FVC%),6MWD and SGRQ were compared. Results 1.The result has statistically significant (P<0.05), FEVi%pred (57.3±6.6) in the experimental group after 12 weeks compared with FEVi%pred (43.0±6.5) before the experiment in the group, and with FEV1%pred(50.8±10.0) in the control group; 2.The result has statistically significant (P<0.05), FEV1/FVC%(66.1±4.3) in the experimental group after 12 weeks compared with FEVi/FVC%(55.7±6.4) before the experiment in the group, and FEVi/FVC% (60.4±7.0) in the control group; 3. The 6MWD (327.3±44.6)m in experimental group after 12 weeks compared with 6MWD (264.6±46.6)m before experiment in the group, and with 6MWD (293.1±44.7)m in the control group. This result aslo has significant (P<0.05);4.The SGRQ (34.4±5.5) in the patients after 12 weeks in experimental group compared with SGRQ (51.5±8.2) before the experiment in the group, and with SGRQ (42.8±9.6) in the control group, the result has statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation with individualized exercise prescription based on CPET tests can significantly improve pulmonary function and life quality in patients with COPD with stable period, and it is worthy of clinical application that carry out the above these technology.
