Objectives To collect clinical data and relevant laboratory indicators of patients with urticaria vasculitis to understand the clinical characteristics of their disease;explore the internal relationship between laboratory indicators of urticaria vasculitis abnormality;analyze the correlation between abnormal indicators and clinical symptoms. Methods The clinical data of 55 urticaria vasculitis patients admitted to the Department of dermatology clinic of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were perceived as a case group.Research factors mainly include demographic characteristics, age at onset, course of the disease, morbidity characteristics, etiology and inducement, disease development and evolution, accompanying symptoms, family history of allergic diseases, laboratory tests(blood routine, coagulation series, immune series, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hs-CRP results,etc.).Compare the differences between the general data, clinical characteristics, and laboratory indicators of the case group and the control group, and perform statistical analysis. Results 1 The clinical features of urticaria vasculitis were not statistically different in gender(P>0.05).1)There were 12 males and 43 females. The ratio of male to female was about1:3.58,and the average age was 43.04±12.26 years.2)Males were mainly NUV.Females had the same proportion of HUV and NUV.3)The course of the disease was mostly for more than 5 weeks.4)The number of rashes was mostly 20?50.The shape was mostly like a circle and map.The largest diameter of the wind mass was between 2?10cm.The degree of pruritus consciousness was mainly moderate pruritus.Except for itching, the most common discomfort symptoms of UV patients were burning sensation. The symptom score was mainly 2 and 3 points.5)Among the 42 patients were with no clear cause,3 patients were with predisposing factors,3 patients were with psychosomatic stress,3 patients were with chronic gastritis/gastric ulcer,3 patients were with medication before onset,2 patients were with seafood consumption,1 patient was with thyroid disease, and history of travel 1 example.6)7 cases had a family history of allergic diseases,3 cases of allergic rhinitis,2 cases of urticaria,1 case of eczema, and 1 case of atopic dermatitis.7)13 cases of symptoms rapidly increased,42 cases of symptoms gradually increased.8)Arthralgia and fever were the most common concomitant symptom.Others were followed by swelling of the hands and feet, panting, chest tightness, abdominal pain, dyspnea, dizziness, nausea, angioedema, diarrhea, vomiting, and anaphylactic shock.2 Relationship between laboratory-related indicators: 1)Urticaria vasculitis hs-CRP,ESR,WBC,Ig E,Ddimer levels were higher than the normal control group(P<0.05).Urticaria vasculitis C3 levels were higher than the normal control group(P<0.05).2)Those with high levels of hsCRP,ESR,WBC,Ig E and D-dimer were 4.813,3.014,2.783,3.778 and 6.754 times more likely to develop urticarial vasculitis than those with low levels(P<0.05).Those with lower C3 levels were 2.591 times more likely to develop urticarial vasculitis than those with low levels(P<0.05).3)Ig E and D-dimer are independent influencing factors of urticaria vasculitis, and increased levels of Ig E and D-dimer will lead to an increased risk of urticaria vasculitis(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Urticaria vasculitis is more common in women.Joint pain and fever may be common symptoms.2 Urticarial vasculitis hs-CRP,ESR,WBC,Ig E,D-dimer levels are higher than healthy people,C3 levels is lower than healthy.3 Levels of Ig E and Ddimer are related to the occurrence of urticarial vasculitis. Those with elevated levels have an increased risk of urticarial vasculitis.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 174...
