The infertility rate of up to 12.5% and the rate of 10 ? 15% of newborn abortion in China,which are serious threat to the reproductive health of the population of childbearing age.The liberalization of the two-child policy has also led to a sharp increase in the number of new mothers and mothers,and there is a great demand for pregnancy testing conditions in families,grass-roots units and large medical institutions.Luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and urinary progesterone(P)are important progestins in women,and their contents not only can predict the timing of ovulation,the quality of follicles and pregnancy results,but also provide basis for the early diagnosis of infertility such as polycystic ovary syndrome.Therefore,they have great clinical value to detect the level of progesterone in pregnancy preparation and pregnant women.According to the needs of the society,this paper proposes a small-scale integrated fluorescence detection system of progesterone detector for home use,which realizes accurate,fast and convenient detection of progesterone levels in women.The system includes optical system module,Platform Driving Module,Signal Processing Module,power supply module and information output module.The optical module uses a light emitting diode(LED)as an excitation light source,and adopts a confocal optical structure to irradiate the excitation light onto a test strip,and the excited fluorescence is transmitted to the photoelectric sensor.In order to improve the detection efficiency of weak fluorescence,according to the area of the test strip detection area,a confocal objective lens with a line field of view of 3 mm and a working distance of 6 mm was designed using ZEMAX software,and the optical system was optically designed and simulated.The platform motion control is composed of a reagent strip card slot and a stepper motor,which carries the test strip for uniform speed movement to achieve detection of different positions on the test strip.The control system uses STM32F407ZGT6 as the data processing and control CPU,the design of each module circuit to drive LED,step motor,printer and human-computer interaction,etc.the signal processing algorithm is used to improve the anti-noise ability of the detection system,which through the amplification and filtering circuit,and the analog-to-digital conversion by the ADC of the main control chip.The experimental results show that the linear correlation of LH(luteinizing hormone),P(urinary progesterone)and FSH(follicular hormone)measured by the system is 0.9957,0.9910 and 0.9918,respectively.The correlation coefficients of R2 were more than 99%,which has a good linearity.Moreover,the coefficient of variation is less than 10% in the repeatability test,which have good stability and accuracy,and can be used for Progesterone detection.
