With the development of science and technology,the information recommendation technology is increasingly penetrating into our daily life.Through the processing power of the computer,we can mining out some hidden information between the relevance.During the treatment of aphasia,each patient has a different type of aphasia,so the focus of their training is different.Due to the limited energy of speech therapists,their training arrangement of speech therapy can only adopt a unified set of questions that care for the majority of the patients.Therefore,combining with the method of the recommender system has become an important research topic in the field of aphasia rehabilitation.The system takes the form of human-computer interaction,mainly uses voice recognition,flask development framework,hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm,and realizes a product that can be used on mobile terminal equipment.In the process of rehabilitation training,for different types of patients,they show different language skills,so the training topics focus on the shortboard,which is also equivalent to the characteristics of one-to-one diagnosis and treatment of speech therapists.In the context of our project,users of the same aphasia type are more likely to achieve training objectives by recommending similar topics to them during rehabilitation training.A hybrid recommendation algorithm is proposed on the basis of the study of traditional user-based and item-based collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.The algorithm defines the concept of relevance based on the number of user answer tips,the difficulty of the question,and the score of the answer as the recommended basis.On the basis of the research of the algorithm,the recommendation subsystem of the rehabilitation topic is developed,which increased the intuitiveness of the cognitive algorithm and reduced the complexity of operation configuration,and the research of the recommendation algorithm is more systematic and constructive.Finally,the practical effect of mixed recommendation algorithm of aphasia rehabilitation topic was verified by cross-experiment.Through the experiment on the real data set of the cooperative hospital,the algorithm proposed in this paper is verified.It is proved that the algorithm can simulate speech therapists to recommend the topic selection in this scenario,and the accuracy of the topic recommendation is as high as 80%.In addition,because of the easy operation and simplicity of the system interaction,aphasia patients with a little strong language ability or accompanied by family members could carry out rehabilitation training at home independently with out doctors,which effectively reduces the cost of medical resources of speech therapists,and solves the problem that aphasia patients cannot receive timely treatment brought by objective factors such as regional and economic factors.The proposed algorithm provides a new research direction for the current situation of aphasia rehabilitation training,and the research and development of aphasia rehabilitation exercise recommendation subsystem is also helpful for the subsequent research and development and improvement of the algorithm. |
