In recent years,with the progress of social science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard.There are certain latent and sudden diseases for heart disease.The mode of medical treatment is from passive treatment to active monitoring and prevention.The modern high-tech ECG and clinical nursing combination,enables people to conveniently obtain ECG signal itself to determine whether there is abnormal cardiac function.Its emergence and development to provide a reliable guarantee for people especially with cardiovascular risk groups.ECG waveform detection and waveform display is the core of the portable ECG monitor.It will judge the ECG from the ECG waveform,so the accuracy of the ECG signal detection has a great impact.Therefore,it is of great practical significance not only to design a simple ECG monitor but also to improve the filter level.The electrocardiogram monitoring device does not pay attention to traditional anti motion interference ability,the human body in daily activities is even in the use of breathing device in small action by motion artifact interference,error alarm brings a lot of security risks for patients.In the context of the design of a ECG system the main research direction is to improve the filtering ability in the software.The research work mainly includes the following parts.1 From the research background and the development of the situation can be seen the importance of ECG monitoring and the characteristics of ECG monitor anti motion interference ability is poor,so the study with an anti motion interference ability of the ECG monitoring system.2 The characteristics of ECG signal and ECG interference signal are determined,which lays the foundation for the design and selection of hardware and the design of hardware and software.3 The choice of wavelet,wavelet decomposition,Mallat multiresolution analysis,wavelet reconstruction,complete filtering are studied,and the mathematical model of wavelet threshold denoising is presented.The filtering algorithm is studied,and the filtering algorithm is used to filter the motion artifacts.4 Based on the Matlab platform for the design of the algorithm simulation,test the appropriate wavelet and wavelet threshold selection algorithm,while the choice of hard and soft threshold.Around the entire wavelet filtering process,from the determination of wavelet basis,the analysis of the type of wavelet,soft and hard threshold,wavelet threshold function algorithm in the Matlab platform for experiments,and gives the conclusion.5 Based on the ARM ECG monitoring system design and construction,the system is divided into ECG acquisition module and ECG processing module.The ECG acquisition module consists of a preamplifier right leg drive circuit,a band-pass filter circuit and a main amplifier circuit.
