The Clinical Value Of Loop Ligation In Laparoscopic Adnexectomy For Torsion Of The Pedicie Of Ovarian Cyst

Objective: To explore the clinical value of loop ligation in laparoscopic adnexectomy(LSA)for torsion of the pedicie of ovarian cyst Methods:Totally 33 cases with torsion of the pedicie of ovarian cyst were collected from the gynaecology to Sheng Jing Hospital of China Medical University,between August 2014 to November 2019.Among them,11 cases were treated with ligation and 22 cases were treated with conventional methods.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization days and whether there was any operative side injury after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: laparoscopic adnexectomy was completed in all 33 cases,and no cases were converted to laparotomy.The Loop Ligation Group showed shorter operating time{(55.64 ± 2.86)min vs(71.81 ± 4.56)min,(t = 4.663,P = 0.031 < 0.05)}and less intraoperative blood loss [(15.45 ± 2.38)ml vs(29.55 ± 3.56)ml,(t = 5.617,P = 0.018 <0.05)]and morer less surgery [(212.73 ± 26.98)ml vs(139.86 ± 24.57)ml,(t = 4.827,P =0.028 < 0.05)] the data above are statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization days.There were no postoperative complications in both groups.Conclusion: Loop ligation can reduce the difficulty of operation,the time of operation and the amount of bleeding during operation,and the utility model can avoid the side injury caused by the use of energy devices and minimize the risk of ureteral injury during the operation.It is a simple,safe and reliable operation method with low requirements for instruments,which is worth popularizing to clinical,especially to local and substrate hospitals.
