Evaluation Of Surgical Methods In Ovarian Beghin Cyst

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of laparoscopic operation and transvaginal operation and laparotomic operation of benign ovarian cysts.MethodsMake a retrospective study of 227 cases of benign ovarian cysts in our department between January 2006 and December 2008.Patients were separated into three groups, laparoscopic cystectomy group and transvaginal cystectomy group and laparotomic cystectomy group.The operative and postoperative situations,symptoms remission and medical economics were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe amount of blood lost during the operation and the postoperative disease rate and hospitalization time,the operation time and aerofluxus time after operation in laparoscopic cystectomy and transvaginal cystectomy were less than laparotomic cystectomy.There was no significant difference between the first two groups.But the medical expense of laparoscopic cystectomy was much higher than the other two groups..ConclusionThe three kind of operations have their advantages and disadvantages separately,all of them should be performed widely in different patients by different doctors.
