Ovarian Cyst Pedicle Torsion Conservative Surgery Report Of 34 Cases

Objective:It was proved that the torsion reduction had no effect on the ovarian function of the patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, and the conservative operation was safe for the patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion in our hospital from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015. From the incidence,clinical manifestations, physical examination, auxiliary examination, intraoperative findings, ovarian function, postoperative complications, the study describes the safety and reliability of the operation to retain ovarian function.Results:A total of 34 cases meet the requirements. The patients aged 14 to 36 years old(average age 23.8).There are no obvious incentives. 5 cases of them know that they have a pelvic mass.Clinical symptoms of abdominal pain without obvious specificity. Tumor markers were normal.The duration of treatment was 2 hours to 7 days.The ovaries were observed to increase from 5 to 15 cm in operation. 11 cases of purple and black, 5 cases of purple, 7 cases of slightly purple, 11 cases of gray white(1 cases were scattered in purple and black spots).The Teegan Department turn around half a week to 3 weeks, and to a different degree. 34 cases were ovarian cyst torsion side, wherein the pathological findingsin mature cystic teratoma of the most common, and the second is the ovarian functional tumor. No malignant tumor was found. Postoperative follow up of 21 cases, all of them had no complications.Ovarian tissue was not observed in one case, others had miniature ovarian follicle. After the operation, the patients were followed up for a period of time,3 of the patients had fertility requirements, of which 2 were spontaneous pregnancies, and the other 1 were induced by artificial insemination.The normal volume of the affected side was measured by ultrasound. Doppler blood flow signals were visible.Conclusion:The study showed that the conservative operation management of pedicle torsion of Ovarian cysts is safe and reliable with the retention of ovarian endocrine and reproductive function.
