With the diagnosis rate of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)increasing year by year, the mental health status of parents has also attracted the attention of many researchs.Parents of children with ADHD bear more parenting, family and social stress than parents of normal children, which affects their mental health. However,in this process, some parents still show the ability to rebound from the pressure.Resilience is the manifestation of these parents’ ability to adapt to the pressure. The resilience of parents has a certain impact on the rehabilitation of children with attention deficit. At present, there is no research on the resilience of parents of children with ADHD in China. How to improve their resilience on the basis of understanding the current situation of the resilience of parents and how to improve the intervention effect of children from the perspective of parents has become an important topic.Based on the improvement of the resilience of the parents of ADHD children, this study integrated the current situation of the resilience of the parents of eight ADHD children. With child-parent relationship therapy as the intervention program, three ADHD children and their parents were involved, and a single study design was used to test the effectiveness of the intervention. There were three studies in this study task.Study 1: the current situation and influencing factors of mental resilience of parents of ADHD children.Eight parents of ADHD children were investigated by means of measurement and interview,in order to understand the current situation ofresilience of parents of ADHD children, explore the influencing factors of resilience of parents of ADHD children, and lay the foundation for further research. The results show that:(1)the general level of resilience of parents of ADHD children is low.The specific performance is as follows: First, parents have a correct cognition,a positive attitude, and are able to actively seek help, but they have excessive expectations and anxiety for their children;Second, parents have a harmonious relationship with their children,a good family atmosphere, but they are facing great parenting pressure and lack of support from their spouses and elders;Third, parents can actively participate in social community activities, but social support, friends support is insufficient, facing the pressure of public opinion.(2)Children’s behavior, parenting pressure and social support are the main factors that affect the parents’ resilience.Study 2: Child-parent relationship therapy to improve the resilience of parents of children with ADHD.On the basis of Study 1,three parents of children with ADHD and their young children were selected as the research object based on the principle of voluntariness,child-parent relationship therapy was used as an intervention method, and positive emotions of parents and concentration time of young children were used as intermediary variables to improve resilience of three parents of children with ADHD.The study found that:(1)the positive emotions of 3 parents were significantly improved, which strengthened their positive mentality;(2)the concentration time of 3young children increased significantly, which improved their performance;(3)there was a significant difference in the scores of three parents before and after intervention in the CD-RISC,and all parents had a high degree of satisfaction with child-parent relationship therapy. In order to improve parents’ resilience, combining with the current situation of parents of children with ADHD,it is suggested that parents improve the cognitive structure, cultivate positive emotions and improve the current situation of anxiety.Maintain harmonious parent-child relationship and family atmosphere, establish a good family support system;Increase resilience by engaging in more positive socialinteractions, open up when communicating with others.Researchers can start from the influencing factors to implement intervention, improve the children’s concentration time, relieve the parenting pressure of parents, enhance social support, and minimize the resistance in the process of improving the resilience of parents.
