Objective:By observing the clinical effect of electro-nape-acupuncture on acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss(ALHL),to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of this diseaseMethods:In this study,82 ALHL patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the 82 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group.Based on the basic medication, the two groups of patients were selected for routine acupuncture at the bilateral Fengchi point, the Gongxue point(the clinical experience effect point created by Professor Gao Weibin)and the affected side Ermen point,Tinggong point,Tinghui point and Yifeng point. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at both points of Fengchi and Gongxue. Before and after the treatment, all patients were tested for pure tone audiometry(PTA),tympanometry(TYPE),auditory brainstem response(ABR),tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and visual analogue scales of auricular asphyxiation were assessed, and patient condition changes were recorded. After the course of treatment, statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to process the data and analyze the difference of efficacy before-and-after treatmentResults:1.The cure rate of the treatment group was 7 0.73%,and that of the control group was 53.66%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.36%,and that of the control group was 63.41%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were significant.(p<0.05)2.Pure tone audiometry:After treatment, both groups of patients showed significant improvement in PTA,and intra-group comparison of PTA before and after treatment in both groups showed significant difference(p<0.01).After treatment, the comparison of PTA between the two groups showed(p>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.3.Tinnitus disability assessment scale:The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.68%,while that of the control group was 75.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05)4.VAS score of auricular asphyxiation:The symptoms of auricular asphyxiation in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the intra-group comparison of VAS before and after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05)Conclusion:1.Both electro-nape-acupuncture and routine nape-acupuncture can improve the hearing loss of the ALHL patients, and the effect of electro-nape-acupuncture is better than that of routine nape-acupuncture;2.Both electro-nape-acupuncture and routine nape-acupuncture can improve the symptoms of tinnitus and ear tightness in ALHL patients Electro-nape-acupuncture is better than routine nape-acupuncture in improving tinnitus symptoms, and has the same effect in improving ear tightness symptoms.
