Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment In Alzheimer’s Disease By Acupuncture Combined With Donepezil Hydrochloride Based On Governor Channel Theory

Objective:Through the observation of the effect of acupuncture based on the Governor Channel Theory combined with the commonly used drug Donepezil Hydrochloride on the mild cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease,to explore the directive significance of the Governor Channel Theory for the acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer’s disease,and to provide theoretical basis and further treatment approaches for the clinical treatment.Methods:72 AD patients were divided into study group and control group by using random number table,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the commonly used drug Donepezil Hydrochloride,the study group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride combined with acupuncture based on the Governor Channel Theory,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA),Activity of daily living scale(ADL),Event-Related Potential(ERP)P300 were measured,and the changes of scores were observed,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:34 cases completed in the study group(2 cases dropped),and 35 cases completed in the control group(1 case dropped).The total effective rate of the study group was 85.49%,higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,MMSE score,Mo CA score,ADL score and ERP-P300 score in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after 8weeks of treatment,MMSE score,MoCA score,ADL score and ERP-P300 score in the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The vital signs of the two groups were stable during the treatment,and there were no acupuncture and drug adverse reactions such as fainting,needle breaking,diarrhea,vomiting.Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture based on the GovernorChannel Theory combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride on patients with mild cognitive impairment of Alzheimer’s disease is significant,which can significantly improve the MMSE,Mo CA,ADL and ERP-P300 scores of patients,with safety and reliability.It can significantly improve the cognitive function,life ability and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
