Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Less Menorrhagia With Blood Cold By Acupuncture

Objective:Comparison and observation of clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion in treating patients with low menstruation of blood cold type.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with hypomenorrhea of blood cold type were selected from the Acupuncture Department and gynecology clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,each group with 30 cases.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with warm acupuncture.The treatment began on the third day after menstruation,and the menstrual tide was A course of treatment,three courses of treatment,treatment time is once a day,continuous treatment for 6 days,rest for 1 day.30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture,the treatment time and course were the same as those in the treatment group.Before and after treatment,PBAC score,TCM syndrome score and serum hormone level?FSH,LH,E2?of the same period were recorded to determine the therapeutic effect.All data were analyzed by spss22.0.Results:1.Evaluation of the curative effect of the two groups:the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Menstrual blood loss mapping method:the PBAC scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment?P<0.01?.after treatment,the PBAC score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group?P<0.05?.3.TCM symptom score:the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment decreased to varying degrees,compared with the same group before treatment,the treatment group patients decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.indicating that both treatments are effective and the treatment group is more effective.4.Serum hormone levels?FSH?LH?E₂?in the same period were compared:after treatment,the improvement of FSH?LH?E₂ hormone levels in the same period of treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.Warm acupuncture treatment and simple acupuncture treatment for the patients with less blood cold type menstruation has a therapeutic effect,warm acupuncture treatment of blood cold type menstruation is more effective.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion can obviously improve the PBAC score of patients,at the same time reduce the score of TCM syndromes and improve the level of female hormones,can effectively improve the quality of life of women,can be popularized in clinical treatment.3.Warm acupuncture is an effective,economic and safe method for the treatment of hypomenorrhea of blood cold type,which can be popularized in clinical treatment and is worth further study.
