Objective:to evaluate the clinical effect of long round needle on knee osteoarthr-itis.Methods:70 patients with Kellgren&Lawrence grade 2 and grade 3 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each.Nsaids(celebrex)and glucosamine sulfate were selected in both groups according to their disease conditions,The symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and the overall efficacy was evaluated with VAS score and WOMACC score. Moreover, musculoskeletal ultrasound was used to compare the osteophytes, attachment point inflammation and synovial hyperplasia of the knee joint before and after treatment.Results:2 of the 70 patients were exfoliated. The WOMAC score of osteoarthritis index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the improvement of synovial hyperplasia and attachment point inflammation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. No adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and control group.Conclnsion:1.The pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis was explained in the part of the tendon theory2.Long round needle through the tendon theory can effectively relieve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis3.Long round needle through the tendon theory can effectively improve the attachment point inflammation and synovial hyperplasia of knee osteoarthritis patients4.Long round needl through the tendon theory can effectively improve the mobility and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis patients5.No adverse reactions were found in the whole course of the subject study with the theory of Long round needl through the tendons, and its safety was good.
