Purpose: The differences of infrared thermal imaging temperature,VAS,JOA,and WOMAC scores before and after treatment for patients with grade II knee osteoarthritis were compared by oblong needles and millimeter needles and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the follow-up period after treatment was compared.Efficacy.Observing the use of long round needles in the treatment of Class II knee osteoarthritis has the advantages of needle therapy,thus providing an effective basis for clinical promotion.Materials and methods: A total of 90 patients with Class II knee osteoarthritis meeting the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion criteria will be admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Northern Hospital,and No.202 Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2017 to December 2017.The patient's intention was selected in 30 cases of sodium hyaluronate,and the remaining 60 patients were randomized into the long round needle group and the needle group according to the blind method.Long round needle group: The “1.2×40mm long round needles” are used to treat the lesions of the tendons that are detected by the puncture method and the prosthetic method.1 time per day,5days for a course of treatment,each treatment interval of 2,Treatment of 4 courses.Needle group: New Xinglin brand 0.35×50mm acupuncture needles are used for acupuncture in the lesion spots detected by the method of reinforcing and relieving punctures according to the positions of the tendons or points,and the patients have local acupuncture points such as acid swelling and numbness.Keep the needle for 30 minutes,1 time per day,and 5 days for 1 course of treatment.Each treatment interval is 2 days and 4 courses of treatment are treated.Sodium hyaluronate group: Shandong Bausch & Lomb and Freda Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.production,Zhunzi H10960136,sodium hyaluronate injection of joint cavity.Once a week,once for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 4 courses.Infrared images of the front,back and side of the lower extremities of the patients were taken from the three groups before and after treatment using the ATIR-M301 nonrefrigerating medical infrared thermal imager.The infrared temperature at 12 observation points was recorded;the paired t test was used to statistically analyze the patients before and after treatment.The difference in infrared temperature was used to observe the changes of VAS,WOMAC,and JOA scores before and after treatment in the three groups of patients,and to evaluate the efficacy based on the scores.Results:1.Efficacy evaluation results: The total effective rate of the long round needle group was 86.67%;the total effective rate of the needle group was 80.00%;the effective rate of the sodium hyaluronate group was 73.33%.According to statistics,the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The long-circle needle group was superior to the acupuncture group and sodium hyaluronate group.2.The VAS scores before treatment were comparable among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of all three groups were decreased.After comparison,the VAS pain scores were found to be reduced: Long round needle group> Needle group > Sodium hyaluronate group.Better than sodium hyaluronate group;follow-up VAS score decreased compared with before treatment,the three groups were compared by analysis of variance(P <0.05),Follow-up efficacy comparison: Long round needle group> Needle group> Sodium hyaluronate group.3.The WOMAC scores before treatment in the three groups of patients were comparable(P>0.05);after treatment,WOMAC scores of all three groups were decreased.After comparison,the WOMAC scores were found to be lower: Long-circle needle group> Needle group > Sodium hyaluronate group.In the group of sodium hyaluronate,the follow-up WOMAC scores decreased compared with before treatment.The variance analysis was used to compare the three groups(P<0.05).Follow-up efficacy comparison: Long round needle group> Needle group> Sodium hyaluronate group.4.The JOA scores before treatment in the three groups were comparable(P>0.05).After the treatment,the JOA scores of the three groups all increased.After comparing the two,the JOA scores were found to increase: Long round needle group> Needle group> Sodium hyaluronate group.In the sodium hyaluronate group,the follow-up JOA score was higher than before treatment.The variance analysis was used to compare the three groups(P<0.05).Followup efficacy comparison: Long round needle group> Needle group > Sodium hyaluronate group.5.After the treatment of the three groups of patients,the infrared temperature at the 12 observation points decreased compared with before treatment.Statistical analysis showed that had statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Long round needle group> Needle group > Sodium hyaluronate group.Conclusion:1.Long round needle knot tendon lesion point for the relief of knee osteoarthritis pain,stiffness and other symptoms better than acupuncture acupuncture tendon lesions and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.2.Long round needle treatment of grade ? knee osteoarthritis of the long-term effect is more obvious,and the effect is superior to acupuncture acupuncture tendon lesions and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.3.Long round needle at the Lesion Point Can Effectively Decrease the Infrared Temperature around the Knee in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis.4.Long round needle treatment of type II knee osteoarthritis has acupuncture advantage,and long-term efficacy is good.
