EECP Clinical Observation Of Chronic Heart Failure (Two Deficiency Qi And Yin,Blood Stasis Resistance) Patient Outcomes

Objective:This topic mainly b y the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic heart failure secondary counterpulsation in vitro evaluation,provide evidence of non-pharmacological treatment of chronic heart failure patients.Methods:72cases of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of cardiac function Class II,III,TCM type of Qi,b lood stasis type of patients for the study,patients will be enrolled in a 1:1 ratio into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases of clinical observation.The control group received conventional drug therap y of chronic heart failure,the treatment group were treated with EECP the basis of conventional drug treatment on.Collected prior to treatment with sex,distribution of age,duration,comorbidities,cardiac function,and clinical symptoms,signs,dialectical type,and fill in the table Minnes ota quality of life score.After 6 months of treatment b y a return visit to understand the occurrence of cardiovascular events,syndromes as well as the Minnesota Quality of Life score table.Results:Two groups of patients before and after treatment of cardiovascular adverse events in the treatment group were hospitalized again 3%;control group,23% of paitents hospitalized again;on the readmission items P<0.05,prompted two groups were significantl y different.M yocardial infarction,two died on the P>0.05,prompted no significant difference between the two groups;t-test,two groups of patients before and after comparison of the efficacy of clinical s ymptoms,in the heart palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,leg edema,pale,dizziness,sash lump in the a bdomen,sweating,dry mouth,tongue,tongue,pulse TCM symptoms were significantly different(P <0.05),comparable treatment group than the c ontrol group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment s yndromes compare the total efficacy of the treatment group was 85.7% in the control group,the total efficiency of 65.7%,total effective Syndrome groups had significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group syndromes total effective than the control group;Two groups of patients before and after treatment the efficacy of cardiac function compared to the treatment group was 85.7% in the control group,the total efficiency of 77.1%,a significant difference in heart function compare the efficacy of two groups of patients regard,there was statisticall y significant(P<0.05);two groups patients before and after treatment comparison 6-minute walk test(P<0.05),statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group;LVEF value comparison before and after treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance,the treatment group was better than in the control group;two groups of patients before and after treatment table Minnesota quality of life scores was statisticall y significant(P<0.05),described EECP therap y on quality of life in p atients with a clear improvement in the role of applied research in chronic heart failure patients have Significance.Conclusion:EECP therapy may improve chronic heart failure(Qi,blood stasis syndrome)cardiovascular events,improve cardiac function,cl inical symptoms and improve quality of life and exercise tolerance.
