Objective:By observing the curative effect of the modified Yiwei Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of chronic radiationinduced oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome, the evaluation and analysis are made from the classification of chronic radiationinduced oral mucositis,TCM syndromes, and pain to explore its effectiveness,It provides clinical ideas and treatment methods for traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis.Method:A total of 60 patients with chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis who met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were selected from the oncology outpatient and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.The patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the test group and 30 cases in the control group.During the study period, one patient in the test group voluntarily withdrew from the study due to its own reasons, and one patient in the control group did not complete the study due to loss of follow-up.There were two cases of shedding. Both groups were given conventional drugs for the treatment of chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis:Kangfuxin Solution containing orally,10 ml once a day,3 times a day,and should not be gargleed within 30 minutes after taking the drug, and should be fasted and water-free.The test group added the modified Yiwei Decoction, which was uniformly prepared by the preparation room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Instruct patients to fasten raw, cold, greasy, spicy, fishy and other irritating foods during medication. Both groups took 1 month as a course of treatment and two courses of treatment. The two treatment methods were analyzed and compared in the treatment of the classification of chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis,TCM syndrome score, pain score, and overall effectiveness. And the two groups were followed up for recurrence 1 monthafter the end of treatment.Result:1.Comparative analysis of chronic radioactive oral mucosal response indexing:The index of oral mucosal response in the two groups was compared with that in the group before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant; The index of oral mucosal response in the two groups was compared within 2 months of treatment and 1 month of treatment, respectively, with P<0.05,which was statistically significant;Comparison of oral mucosal response index between the two groups after 1 month of treatment,P>0.05,no statistical difference;Comparison of oral mucosal response index between the two groups of 2 months,P<0.01,which is statistically significant. It shows that the two groups response to chronic radioactive oral mucosa is better than the treatment of 1 month after 2 months of treatment, and the test group is better than the control group after 2 months of treatment.2.Comparison and analysis of TCM symptom scores:The total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was compared between the treatment group for 1 month and the treatment group for 2 months,P<0.05,which was statistically significant; The total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared between 2 months of treatment and 1 month of treatment,P<0.05,both of which were statistically significant; The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared between the 1 month and 2month treatment groups,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.Compared with before treatment and 1 month of treatment, the test group had dry and thirst mouth, burning discomfort, aphtha, swelling and pain,P<0.05,all were statistically significant;Compared with the test group before treatment for 2months with five upset fever and constipation, the test group had a statistical significance of P<0.05;Comparison between the two groups in terms of dry and thirst mouth, burning discomfort, aphtha, swelling and pain, five upset fever, constipation after treatment,P<0.05,were statistically significant. It shows that the test group's treatment of the above TCM syndromes for 2 months is better than 1 month, and the treatment effect is better than the control group.3.Comparative analysis of pain scores:The pain scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment, respectively, with P<0.05,which was statistically significant; The pain scores of the two groups were compared within 2 months of treatment and 1 month of treatment, respectively, with P<0.05,which was statistically significant; The comparison of pain scores between the two groups after 1 month of treatment and 2 months of treatment showed that P<0.01 was statistically significant. It shows that both groups have better pain scores than 2 months of treatment for 2 months of treatment, and the test group has better pain relief treatment than the control group.4.Comparative analysis of total effective rate:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.45%.The comparison between the two was statistically significant P<0.05,indicating that the total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the test group was superior to the control group.5.Comparative analysis of follow-up results:One month after treatment,follow-up was performed on two effective cases. The recurrence rate in the test group was 11.11%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was38.10%.The comparison analysis between the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05.The recurrence rate in the test group was significantly lower than the control group, indicating that the test group can better prevent chronic Recurrence of radiation oral mucositis.6.Safety analysis:During the treatment period, there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, and there were no obvious abnormal changes in routine laboratory indicators.Conclusion:1.The modified Yiwei Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution has obvious curative effect on chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome, and is superior to the control group.2.The modified Yiwei Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution can significantly improve the oral pain symptoms and TCM symptoms of chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire flourishingsyndrome, and the longer the medication is taken, the more significant the effect.3.The modified Yiwei Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of chronic radiation-induced oral mucositis with yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
