Clinical Observation Of Soldering Method Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Slow Milk Moth

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of slow milk moth(phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot condensed larynx karyotype)and compare with the treatment of slow milk moth(phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot condensed larynx karyotype).Methods:60 patients with chronic tonsillitis were collected and divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The treatment group treated patients with tonsillitis with the addition and subtraction of Huanyie Zhuyu decoction,2times a week,the course of treatment was 28 days;the control group was treated with Huiyan Zhuyu decoction to reduce oral clothes,the course of treatment was 28 days.Spss 26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,and the total score and main symptoms and signs before treatment,two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment were recorded for statistical analysis,and the short-term curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.6%,which was significantly different(P<0.01).2.TCM syndrome score comparison: the difference of scores between the two groups before and after treatment in five upset heat,hand and foot heart heat and secondary symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.01);after the treatment of the two groups,the difference between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment can improve the above symptoms,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of slow milk moth is effective in combination withtraditional Chinese medicine.2.Treatment method combined with addition and subtraction of epiglottis and removing blood stasis granules is more effective than taking addition and subtraction of epiglottis and removing blood stasis granules alone.
