Clinical Obseration Of Blood Stasis Of Menstrual Extension Caused By The Treatment Of The Self-dispensing Blood Stasis To The Soup In The Treatment Of PCSD

Purpose:In recent years,the incidence of menstrual extension caused by the incision false lumen of cesarean section is increacing.By contrast treatment and follow-up study of clinical cases,the researchers observed the clinical efficacy and safety of blood stasis of menstrual extension caused by the treatment of the blood stasis to the soup in the treatment of PCSD,thus,to provide the treatment idea of TCM for the treatment of menstrual extension caused by PCSD.Method:This study used the treatment of the treatment group and the control group to compare the efficacy of treatment before and after treatment to conduct Clinical study.Each group of the treatment and the control has 33 cases.All of the patients were randomized controlled therapy,the treatment group was treated by taking the self-dispensing blood stasis to the soup,the control group was treated by taking FuXueAnPian pill.Both groups began to take medicine on the fourth day of menstruation,kept taking the medicine once in the morning and once in the evening,7 days for a period of treatment,and continuing dosing 3period of menstruation.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after taking the medicine and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:In the treatment group,33 patients were treated,5 cases were cured,17 cases showed treatment,9 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the recovery rate was15.15%,the efficiency of the show was 51.52%,the effective rate was 27.27%,and the ineffective rate was 6.06%,and the total efficiency of the show was 93.94%.In the control group,33 patients were treated,3 cases were cured,14 cases showed treatment,7 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the recovery rate was 9.09%,the efficiency of the show was 42.42%,the effective rate was 21.21%,and the ineffective rate was 27.27%,and the total efficiency of the show was72.73%.There were significant differences between the total efficiency of the show from the two groups(P=0.048<0.05),and the treatment of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:According to contrast of the experimental results,the researchers found that prescriptions and medications used by the treatment group and the control group has good curative effect in treatment of menstrual extension caused by the incision false lumen ofcesarean section,but,the curative effect of the self-dispensing blood stasis to the soup is superior to that of FuXueAnPian pill.Besides,which instructs the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine to control blood circulation and blood stasis and regulate the menstrual function has remarkable curative effect on the clinical treatment of menstrual extension caused by the incision false lumen of cesarean section.At the same time,there are not adverse events in the process of the experiment,which illustrates the security,health,fast effect,and long-term stability after rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is worth for us to explore the road of the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine.
