| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Dingfeng Decoction combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing for treating tics disorder in Yin Deficiency of Liver and KidneyResearch Method:A total of 60 pediatric outpatients were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases each The treatment group was given Ziyin Dingfeng Decoction combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing while the control group was given Jiuwei Xifeng Granules combined with auricular seed pressing.After one treatment course of four weeks,the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients are observed and the clinical efficacy is determinedResults:There were obvious increases in the YGTSS score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups(cfP<0.05)After treatment,the curative effect of Motor Tics and overall YGTSS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(bP<0.05)After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect of cardinal symptom,accompanied symptom and TCM symptom(eP<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were higher than that of the control groupAfter treatment,the total symptom clinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 96.67%and 86.67%respectively(gP<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Ziyin Dingfeng decoction combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing has obvious curative effect in treating tics disorder in Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney,and the overall effect is better than Jiuwei Xifeng Granules combined with auricular pressing2.The curative effect of motor tics and overall YGTSS score of Ziyin Dingfeng decoction combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing are better than Jiuwei Xifeng Granules combined with auricular pressing3.The curative effect of TCM symptoms of Ziyin Dingfeng decoction combined with auricular acupoint seed pressing are better than Jiuwei Xifeng Granules combined with auricular pressing. |
