Clinical Observation Of Qifeitang Combined With Auricular Acupoint Pressing Therapy For The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Blood Type Menarche

Purpose:By comparing and observing the efficacy and safety of oral Qifeitang combined with auricular point sticking therapy and simple oral Qifeitang in the treatment of oligohydramnios,and make a simple analysis and discussion,providing a new dialectical thinking and plan for clinical treatment of oligohydramnios.Method:Methods from November 2016 to November 2017,72 patients with blood deficiency type of menstruation were enrolled in the outpatient department of gynecology clinic affiliated to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 4 cases with blood loss and 68 cases in the group.The patients were numbered randomly and divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Qifeitang combined with auricular acupoint pressure treatment,and the control group was given Qifeitang decoction.20 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for three courses,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment symptom score,and whether there is adverse reactions in the treatment process,statistical clinical efficacy.Results:The subject selected 34 patients in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.Before the beginning of the treatment,there was no obvious difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups.After three courses of clinical treatment,the treatment group recovered 6,16 people,7 effective and 5 ineffective,the total effective rate was 85.29%,and the ineffective was 14.70%;the control group recovered 4 people.There were 13 effective persons,10 effective and 7 invalid,the total effective rate was 79.41%,and the inefficiency was 20.59%.It can be seen that the clinical effect of the treatment group and the control group has significant difference,and has statistical significance.It shows that the effect of oral seven boiling soup combined with auricular point sticking is obviously better than that of oral seven boiling decoction.Conclusion:Through clinical control and data analysis,it can be seen that oral Qifeitang combined with auricular point sticking therapy is effective in treating menorrhagia with blood deficiency type,increasing menstrual volume and prolonging menstrual period,and has no other side effects.It is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
