| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Dangguiliuhuang Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing under the treatment of yin-deficiency and fire-excess type perimenopausal hypertension by observing the influence on the office blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure(24h SBP、24h DBP、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP、n DBP、night blood pressure fall rate),modified Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score.Methods Patients with yin-deficiency and fire-excess type perimenopausal hypertension meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group,and the control group,according to the grouping order generated by random numbers of SPSS 27.0.The control group was given antihypertensive treatment with valsartan capsule,and the experimental group was given Dangguiliuhuang Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.The duration of the study was 4 weeks.The office blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,modified Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed with spss 27.0 to compare the efficacy.Results(1)In the end,32 people in the control group and 31 people in the experimental group completed the study.At the time of enrollment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups at baseline data(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.(2)Intra-group comparison before and after treatment: Compared with before treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased after treatment in two groups of experimental group and control group(P <0.05).The average systolic blood pressure and average diastolic blood pressure of ambulatory blood pressure were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P <0.05),while the night blood pressure fall rate was increased(P < 0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.(3)Comparison between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In terms of the treatment effectiveness,the antihypertensive effectiveness of the experimental group(90.32%)was higher than that of the control group(84.38%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The effective rate of improving perimenopausal symptoms in the experimental group was83.87%,which was significantly better than that in the control group53.13%(P < 0.05).The effective rate of improving TCM symptoms in experimental group was 90.32%,which was significantly better than that in control group 62.50%(P <0.05).Among the parameters of ambulatory blood pressure,all parameters of the experimental group were slightly improved compared with the control group,Among them,the difference in 24 h SBP、24h DBP、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP between the two groups is not significant(P>0.05),but the experimental group had more significant advantages in improving night blood pressure fall rate.the night systolic blood pressure fall rate and the night diastolic blood pressure fall rate in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the n DBP was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Safety observation: Before and after treatment,there were no abnormal changes in routine blood test,routine urine test,stool routine,liver function test and kidney function test,and no adverse reactions were recorded in both groups.Conclusion Dangguiliuhuang Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing can improve the symptoms of yin-deficiency and fire-excess type perimenopausal hypertension patients,effectively reduce the office blood pressure and improve the night blood pressure fall rate,and good safety. |
