A Preliminary Study On Different Types Of Early Pulsating TCM Syndromes Based On Large Sample Size

Objective: This topic through the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with premature beat number greater than 500 syndromes questionnaire investigation and clinical data collection,and then press the origin place is divided into ventricular premature beat and room on premature beat two types,and then use frequency,regression,factor analysis and other statistical methods to two types to analyze the clinical data of patients with premature beat,preliminary exploration and comparison of two types premature beat syndromes characteristics and classification.Selection methods: Selection in May 2010 to January 2018,in the second affiliated hospital of henan medical university,henan university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research institute of henan province three hospitals,cardiology outpatient or hospitalization in patients with complete clinical data,at the same time meet the standard set of research,a total of 1439 patients with premature beat.Among them,792 cases of premature ventricular pulsation and 647 cases of supraventricular premature pulsation.All the enrolled patients completed the information filling in the "TCM syndrome questionnaire",including the information collection of four consultations and relevant laboratory examinations.Besides,the following diseases are excluded.Women who attend pregnancy,lactation,or have pregnancy preparations;Persons with severe hepatorenal dysfunction;Continuing malignant tumor;Designated grade iii-iv cardiac function;Patients with severe cardiac arrhythmia.Then the investigation data was input into Epidata3.1 database,and SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis.Results: 1.Among the syndrome differentiation types of ventricular and supraventricular premature pulsation in Chinese medicine,the first two with the highest frequency were the syndrome of qi Yin deficiency,blood stasis and heat interjunction,and the syndrome of restlessness.Among them,ventricular prematurepulsation phlegm fire disturbance heart syndrome is more than ventricular premature beats,insufficiency of blood pressure syndrome is less than ventricular premature beats,heart vein stasis syndrome is relatively rare.2.In the early stage of ventricular pulsating disease,the frequency is arranged in order of qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,stasis,phlegm,blood deficiency and qi stagnation.In the room,the frequency of premature beat is blood stasis,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,stasis,phlegm,qi stagnation,blood deficiency and so on.Among the three ventricular premature beat factors,the number of frequency is:heart,kidney,liver and spleen.In the case of premature pulsating disease in the ventricle,the order of frequency is heart,liver,kidney and spleen.The two types of premature beats are associated with the viscera,stomach and other viscera.4.The first six patients with the highest frequency of the common four diagnostic information in ventricular and ventricular hyperactivity were: palpitation,fatigue,chest tightness,shortness of breath,lichen,and pulse.Ventricular premature beat the rest in order to be exhausted,insomnia,many dreams,less air lazy words,dizziness,mouth dry,nag,wan,forgetfulness,impatient,irritable,chest pain,tongue dark red,defecate,abdominal distension.Room on sexual premature beat,in the rest of the order weakness,dizziness,insomnia,much dream,god,less gas lazy words,forgetfulness,often new,defecate,stay,dry mouth,lumbar debility,dark red tongue,chest pain,abdominal distension.4.Or ventricular chamber in different syndrome types and relationship between each risk factor Logistic regression,hypertension,angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,heart failure,viral myocarditis,functional and ventricular premature beat and room sex premature beat on each card type.6.Through factor analysis,the main component method was used to extract the common factor,and 17 TCM syndromes were obtained,and the diagnostic criteria combined with relevant TCM syndromes were combined into 7 syndromes.There are18 syndromes in the TCM syndromes,and the final combination is 7 syndromes.Conclusion:1.Room on sex or ventricular premature beat of TCM syndrome distribution with qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,not myself more common heat exchange,the phlegm fire one heart syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis resistance is relatively rare.2.It is closely related to liver,kidney and spleen.3.The pathological properties of the two ends are mainly qi deficiency,Yindeficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,stasis and phlegm.4.Clinical common four diagnostic information is palpitation,fatigue,chest tightness,shortness of breath,lichen white,pulse sinking.`5.There are differences in the clinical syndromes,diseases,diseases,common four diagnostic information,risk factors and syndrome distribution,which have certain guiding significance for clinical syndrome differentiation.
