Research On The Rugulation Of Medicines Of Ulcerative Colitis By Professor Xie Jingri

Objective:to analyze professor Xie Jingri's first prescription for treating patients with ulcerative colitis based on association analysis,and to summarize the medication rule of professor Xie Jingri in treating patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:the first diagnosis data of patients with ulcerative colitis in professor Xie Jingri's outpatient medical record system from June 2014 to June 2019 were collected,the obtained medical records were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the 120 cases of first diagnosis prescriptions that met the requirements of this research were normalized and pretreated.Using WPS Excel 2017 software to establish database;IBM SPSS22.0 software was used to conduct frequency analysis and correlation analysis of the data in the data,and the medication law of professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of "ulcerative colitis" was summarized according to the analysis results.Results:1.A total of 120 cases were included in the statistical analysis,among which 54 males and 66 females.2.A total of 8 syndrome types were obtained by statistical abalysis,There were 11 syndrome elements,with a cumulative frequency of 229 times,The total frequency of qi deficiency,internal humidity and internal heat reached 148 times,accounting for 64.63%of the total frequency.There were 5 syndrome targets with a cumulative frequency of 224 times,among which the frequency of the spleen was the highest at 41.9%,followed by the liver and the large intestine at 25.45%and 16.07%,respectively.3.A total of 111 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained through statistical analysis,with a total frequency of 2152 times,and a total of 35 traditional Chinese medicines were used 220 times.There were 32 pairs of commonly used Chinese medicines,21 pairs of commonly used syndrome elements and drugs,and 32 pairs of commonly used syndrome to rgets and drugsConclusion:1.The common types of professor Xie Jingri's treatment of ulcerative colitis are:large intestine dampness and heat syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome,the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis with the cumulative frequency of 79.17%2.In the course of professor Xie Jingri's treatment of ulcerative colitis,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and coix seed are commonly used in the treatment of qi deficiency.Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and rhizoma atractylodis are commonly used in the treatment of internal dampness.Radix scutellariae and radix phellodendri are commonly used in the treatment of internal heat3.In the course of treating ulcerative colitis,professor Xie Jingri used traditional Chinese medicines such as Chinese yam,radix scutellariae,rhizoma coptidis and cypress.The traditional Chinese medicines commonly used for spleen and weakness are rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,coix seed and Chinese yam.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for wet stagnation of stomach include rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,Chinese yam,rhizoma coptidis and scutellaria baicalensis root.Stomach qi weakness commonly used Chinese medicine yam,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;Traditional Chinese medicines for liver qi stagnation include bupleurum and rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae;The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in large intestine include rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,coix seed,radix scutellariae,radix phellodendri,rhizoma coptidis,radix sophorae flavescentis and atractylodes.Large intestine internal heat commonly used Chinese medicine has rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,coix seed,scutellaria,cypres sus,rhizoma coptidis,sophora flavescens.
