Slow Collapse Rather Reversed Ulcerative Colitis Clinical And Immunohistochemical Study Of Precancerous Lesions

Ulcerative Colitis with atypical hyperplasia is proved to be the early change of cancer. So, it is very important to reverse atypical hyperplasia. Professor Zhang through 20 years' clinic practice make Mankuining enema to cure the UC with ATP.Clinic study : Mankuining enema was used to treat 15 Ulcerative Colitis patients with atypical hyperplasia(ATP). Before and after the treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved to different degree (P <0.05).After the treatment , the clinical symptoms were significantly better contrasting with before. The effective-rate is 93.33%.Immuno-histo-chemical study : 15cases Ulcerative Colitis with atypical hyperplasia(ATP) were studied and compared by hematoxylin-eosin stain, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA,a marker of cell proliferation and reflecting the S phase of the cell cycle) and bcl-2. The expression of PCNA and bcl-2 of the 15 cases were examined to reduce after the treatment (P <0.05). These results suggested that Mankuining enema can decreased bcl-2 and PCNA gene expression, and then increased intestinum epithelial apoptosis, control the hyperplasia of cell. By this way it may reverse atypical hyperplasia.It is through improving the clinical symptoms better than before the treatment and the reduce of PCNA and bcl-2 gene expression in mrcosa -intesinal to prove that Mankuining enema can cure the clinical symptoms and reverse ATP of the UC.
