Research On The Effect Of Case-based Payment Based On Satisfaction Survey

With the development of society,medical insurance system has gradually become an important part of people's life security system.Charging according to service items was easy to cause unreasonable growth of medical expenses.The implementation of case-based payment could not only effectively control medical expenses,but also improve the quality of medical services.This paper takes XY Hospital as a case study.Through the implementation status of the case-based payment and the questionnaire survey of patients' satisfaction,we found out the problems existing in the implementation of the case-based payment and the main aspects affecting patients' satisfaction.Based on the deep analysis of the causes,the optimization strategies are formulated.The conclusion of the study is helpful to improve the case-based payment system,improve the quality of medical services and patients' satisfaction,and can promote the reform of medical insurance payment,so as to effectively improve the level of social medical insurance system and service quality.First of all,through literature review and policy review,we grasped the research status and theoretical basis of case-based payment system at home and abroad.Then collected the relevant data of case-based payment of medical insurance in XY Hospital,research and evaluate its implementation status,including the actual implementation of the case-based payment system,the impact of case-based payment on the quality of medical services and diagnosis and treatment costs,and the impact of the implementation of case-based payment on the operation of medical institutions.Secondly,a questionnaire on the satisfaction of the implementation effect of the case-based payment system in XY hospital was developed.Through the questionnaire survey and result analysis,it was found that the implementation of the case-based payment system in XY hospital was not high,the standardized clinical pathway support was insufficient,and the quality of medical services was reduced There were some problems,such as the lack of effective motivation in the treatment institutions,and the patients' weak cognition of the case-based payment model.This paper explores the causes of the problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as broadening the coverage of case-based payment system,strengthening the foundation of scientific implementation of case-based payment system,strengthening the risk prevention and control of the implementation of case-based payment system,improving the financial support of case-based payment system,and promoting the popularization of case-based payment system.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the effect and satisfaction of the implementation of medical insurance payment system for case-based.The conclusion of the study can provide some reference for the reform and promotion of the payment system of case-based of medical insurance,and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with the case-based payment system.
