Reform Of Medical Insurance Payment Methods Based On Cost Control Leather Research

With the development of the economy,the aging of the population and the change of the disease spectrum,the total cost of health in our country keeps increasing,which once exceeded the growth rate of GDP.More and more families are suffering from poverty due to illness and returning to poverty due to illness,and the voice of the whole society to reduce the medical cost is getting louder and louder.The medical insurance payment method is an important part of the medical and health system,which is the key to controlling medical expenses,and has a controlling effect on the medical insurance fund.Therefore,the research on the impact of medical insurance payment reform on cost control is of great significance to the whole society.This paper takes the X Hospital of Yangzhou as an example to study the reform of the medical insurance payment method from the perspective of cost control.First,by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and combining the theoretical knowledge of public administration disciplines,the paper analyzes the mechanism of cost control of medical insurance payment method,and concludes the necessity of cost control and the main content of this study.Second,based on the perspective of cost control,this paper evaluates the effect of total advance prepayment,payment by disease and payment by person in the implementation process of medical insurance payment method in Yangzhou City,and analyzes and summarizes the results and problems.Finally,drawing on the experience of classic cases at home and abroad,aiming at the problems arising in the reform process,four strategies are proposed from the perspectives of policies,methods,management and supervision to provide reference for controlling medical expenses and the rapid growth of medical insurance funds.
