Objective:To explore a more reasonable and more convenient model to provide first aids to patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular symptoms by observing the application of mobile wireless connecting mode in the rescue to them. Methods:Taking the"pre-hospital-in-hospital"mobile information platform established by the emergency department of the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical university as the line of demarcation, according to the screening criteria, the clinical data of patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular emergency sent to the hospital by ambulances were retrospectively analyzed.168 patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular emergency were collected and divided into control group and platform group. The control group included 87 patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular emergency before the establishment of the mobile information platform(July,2018 to November,2018),the platform group included 81 patients sent to the hospital by ambulances with mobile information platform(January,2019 to May,2019).The two groups'gender, age,APACHE II score, the time to handover between the pre-hospital and in-hospital,the emergency treatment time in the hospital, the first specific treatment time, the probability of complications and the average days in the hospital were recorded and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.General information:there was no statistical difference in the genders, ages, the scores of APACHE II and the serious conditions of their diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Treatment effect:Compared with the control group, the average days in the hospital of patients(t=8.16,P<0.001)were shorter and the probability of complications(?~2=20.84,P<0.001)was lower in the platform group.3.Rescuing time:The time to handover between the pre-hospital and in-hospital(t=20.07,P<0.001),the emergency treatment time in the hospital(t=5.25,P<0.001),the first specific treatment time(t=12.62,P<0.001)of the platform group were shorter than that of the control group. And the time of completing CT by patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis of the platform group was obviously shorter than that of the control group(t=6.91,P<0.001).Conclusion:The first-aid model of“pre-hospital and inside-hospital”mobile information platform can increase the timeliness to rescue acute patients with ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and consequently improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality. It is worthy of being widely popularized.
