In order to meet the people’s demand continuely for medical services and toease the problem of "difficult", the Ministry of Health have issued a number ofdocuments and notices about Convenient for people to see a doctor. To effectively dothis work, the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau open and perform the Beijingappointment registration unified platform on July28,2011. Nowadays, all third classhospitals in Beijing are fully integrated into the unified platform. The next step is tointegrate the second class hospitals gradually into the appointment registrationunified platform.Scholars have done a lot of research on the mode of clinic appointment,advantages, problems and countermeasures of the third class hospital.So,the clinicappointment work in this kind of hospital has been promote substantially. Theclinic appointment service of the second class hospital is underway not long.The rateof appointment registration is low,and the study on this interested parties is fewer.So we design the issue of promoting the rate of appointment registration.The Fengtai District Nanyuan Hospital is a secomd general hospital, which islocated in the southern region of Beijing.To study countermeasures on promote therate of appointment registration of the hospital can afford lessons to the othersecomd general hospitals.In this study, literature analysis on the system of appointment registrationare first used. It evinced that the medical characteristics of the second class hospitalsand the third class hospitals are different, so the function of appointmentregistration in two kinds of class hospitals is different too. Secondly,analysis of dataand charts are used.26771copies of materials that the patients who saw doctor in theperiod2012.11.1.~2012.11.30. except weekend are analysed. It shows that thequantity of patients Aged between40to60is most,it constitutes36.17percents,Secondly the patients aged equal to or older than60constitute35.34percents. As the visit departments constituent ratio,medicine systemsand traditional chinese medicine are the most two high departments, they constitute29.22percents and25.43percents respectly. That fits the medical feature ofsecond class hospital whose function is to solve the common disease,frequently-occurring disease and chronic disease. In terms of the time sequence ofpatients visiting doctors, the syudy shows that Monday Wednesday Friday are morethan other days,8to9and13to14oclock are peak attendance of visiting doctors.The difference between peak and valley is obvious. It prompts we can guide thepatients visiting doctors by staggering the peak, peak load shifting can be achieved.Thirdly, we design the questionnaire for the patients and outpatient physician.Itshows that there is no difficulty in registering common and expert tickets for allpatients. The waiting time of visiting doctors is more than50minutes in65.25percents patients. Only5percent patients have used the appointment registration.So patients have no registration difficulty in second class hospital,but have thedifficulty of long time for waiting in peak attendance. The ratio of appointmentregistration is low. All patients and physicians hope to develop appointmentregistration.96percents physicians consider that it is necessary to launch the serviceof appointment registration in different times. Lastly, based on above, we putforward the the function of appointment registration in second class hospital, drawup the related system of implementing appointment registration, constitute thecountermeasures to strengthenly fulfill the plan and to enhance the rate ofappointment registration.
