Objective:To investigate the current situation of patients with stroke in a certain area of hunan province, and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing workers to reduce stigma among stroke patients. Methods:Cluster sampling,on June 6,2019-December 2019,Consecutively selected three tertiary hospitals in a certain area of Hunan Province for inpatients,,360 stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.use self-designed general data questionnaire in patients with cerebral apoplexy disease shame scale sense burden scale social relationship quality scale to daily life ability helpful investigation after double check the calibration data are input to a database of Excel, then use SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis, statistical methods including descriptive analysis,t test single factor analysis of variance,non-parametric test Spearman correlation analysisMultiple linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.A total of 360 stroke patients were investigated in this study,Stigma scores ranged from 22 to 68,an average 7.51 points,40.77the body disorder dimension scored 11.44 points,2.61 discrimination experience dimension scored 7.25 points,2.41 social dimension scored10.23 points,2.49 sense dimension scores of 11.85 to 3.11.2.A single factor analysis of the stigma of patients with stroke in this group:different age, marital status,occupation,long-term residence, total monthly family income, medical payment form, whether the role of the family after the illness has changed, and the degree of understanding of the disease,Functional impairment after stroke,self-care ability, personality type had a statistically significant difference in the scores of stigma(P(27)0.05).3.In this study, the correlation analysis between stigma,self-perceived burden and social relationship quality of stroke patients showed that:(1)correlation between stigma and self-perceived burden in stroke patients:except for physical disorder and body burden(irrelevant),the total score of stigma and each dimension were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension of self-perceived burden, with statistically significant differences(P(27)0.01).(2)the correlation between stigma and social relationship quality in stroke patients:in addition to self-perception,social interaction, family commitment, and friend relationship(irrelevant),the total score of stigma and all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of social relationship quality and all dimensions, with statistically significant differences(P(27)0.05).4.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that self feel burden score, sick family roles have changed, with or without dysfunction after stroke, age, place of residence, total quality of social relations, introverted personality, family monthly income, occupation, the degree of understanding of the disease into the regression model,Became the main influencing factor of stroke patients with stigma.(F=42.041,P=0.000)indicates that the fitted equation has statistical significance.(R~2=0.578)showed that the independent variables entered into the regression equation could account for 57.8%of the variance of stigma.Conclusion:1.The stigma of stroke patients in a region of hunan province is at a moderate low level.2.The main factors affecting the stigma of stroke patients in a certain area of hunan province were total self-perceived burden,age,post-stroke functional impairment, degree of understanding of the disease, occupation, total score of social relationship quality, residence, personality type, family monthly income, and family role change.
