Objective1.Investigate the current situation and the relationship between the resourcefulness,self-feeling burden and depression level of young and middle-aged stroke patients.2.To explore the effect of resourcefulness training on the self-perceived burden and depression of middle-aged and young stroke patients.Method1.A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on young and middle-aged stroke patients who were hospitalized for the first time in a grade a hospital in Zhengzhou,Henan province from August 2018 to March 2019.The research tool used the general demographic data questionnaire,self-perceived burden scale, resourcefulness scale, and Hamilton depression scale.SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for data entry and analysis.Frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the qualitative data, and mean and standard deviation were used to describe the quantitative data;T-test or variance analysis were used to compare the differences of resourcefulness, depression and self-perceived burden among different demographic groups.Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between resourcefulness, depression and self-perceived burden in stroke patients and to conduct multiple linear regression analysis.AMOS 22.0 software was used to construct the structural equation model with Bootstrap method to test the mediating effect model.2.Young and middle-aged stroke patients with the first onset in a grade a hospital in Zhengzhou city,Henan province were selected as the research objects.Brain patients hospitalized in department of neurology from May to August 2019 were selected as the intervention group, and patients hospitalized in department of neurology from September to December 2019 were selected as the control group.Patients in the control group received routine health education, and patients in the intervention group received routine health education on the basis of resourcefulness training intervention. Before and after the intervention of resourcefulness training,General demographic data questionnaire,Resourcefulness scale,Self-perceived burden scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were used to distribute to the young and middle-aged stroke patients in the intervention group and the control group, and the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. The measurement data of resourcefulness, depression and self-perceived burden scores were described by statistics. The general data of the two groups were compared by ?2 test,?2 test correction formula or Fisher exact probability method. The scores of the intervention group and the control group were compared and the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared by two independent sample t-test and paired t-test for statistical analysis.Results1.The score of resourcefulness was(87.90±6.11),the score of self-perceived burden scale was(24.04±4.72),the score of depression was(12.67±5.67);The difference of resourcefulness score in different age groups, education level and family monthly income was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of self-perceived burden score in different age groups and family monthly income was statistically significant(P<0.05),The scores of depression in different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-perceived burden and all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of resourcefulness and all dimensions(P<0.01),the total score of resourcefulness and all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of depression and all dimensions(P<0.01),the total score of self-perceived burden and all dimensions were significantly positively correlated with the total score of depression and all dimensions(P<0.01).3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-perceived burden and resourcefulness score had a predictive effect on depression;Structural equation model showed that self-perceived burden had a direct effect on resourcefulness of 0.220,resourcefulness of 0.340,and self-perceived burden had a direct effect on depression of 0.220.The indirect effect of self-perceived burden on depression was 0.076,accounting for 15.96%(0.076/0.476)of the total effect.4.After intervention, the total resourcefulness score, individual resourcefulness score and social resourcefulness score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those before the intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);The total resourcefulness score, individual resourcefulness score and social resourcefulness score of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).5.The total score of self-perceived burden, the score of physical burden dimension and the score of emotional burden dimension in the intervention group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01);the total score of self-perceived burden and the score of physical burden dimension in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).6.After intervention, the depression scores of stroke patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01);The depression score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe resourcefulness level of young and middle-aged stroke patients is in the middle level. There was a negative correlation between the scores of the level of resourcefulness and the burden of self-perceived and depression, and a positive correlation between the burden of self-perceived and the level of depression.Resourcefulness plays an intermediary role between self-perceived burden and depression in young and middle-aged stroke patients.Resourcefulness training can improve the intelligence level of stroke patients, reduce the self-perceived burden, reduce the occurrence of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
