Purpose To explore the factors influencing quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and the correlation between the quality of life and their frailty in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),through analyzing the statusquo and influencing factors of the quality of life and its debilitating degree, then provide theoretical support for clinical comprehensive treatmentMethods 326 COPD inpatients,in the respiratory department of XXXX hospital in Hefei Anhui Province from January2019 to October2019,were selected as study subjects, and the quality of Life and frailty were evaluated using The COPD Assessment Test(CAT)and Tilburg frailty indicator(TFI).Factors influencing the quality of life of COPD patients were analyzed, and the correlation between quality of life and frailty was analyzed.Meanwhile, generalized linear model was used to analyze the correlation effect between frailty degree and quality of life of patients.Results1.General clinical data and factors influencing the cat score: the age of the subjects was66.95 ± 7.07 yearsold,,and the cat score was 14.01 ± 1.81.There were statistically significant differences in the cat scores of the quality of life of COPD patients with different gender, economic burden, exercise time,BMI,COPD grade and the number of complications(P < 0.05).2.Different age, gender, exercise time, education level and COPD classification have influence on the quality of life. The older, the female, the lower the education level, the shorter the rehabilitation exercise time, the higher the COPD classification, the worse the quality of life.3.Correlation analysis between quality of life and frailty in COPD patients: Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between total CAT and TFI scores, and the result was r=0.484,P <0.01.4.Correlation effect of quality of life and frailty degree in COPD patients.Generalized linear model was used for regression analysis, and there was a positive correlation effect between CAT score and frailty degree in COPD patients [?(95%CI): 1.021(0.922,1.120)]Conclusions1.The main factors that affect the quality of life of COPD patients are age, gender, rehabilitation exercise, education level, the degree of disease damage to lung function, etc.different age, gender, exercise time, education level,COPD classification have an impact on the quality of life.2.The degree of debilitation of COPD patients is positively related to their quality of life. The higher the degree of debilitation, the worse the quality of life, suggesting that debilitation may reduce the quality of life of COPD patients.Improving debilitation in the treatment of COPD may be conducive to the final rehabilitation effect, reduce the rate of disability, reduce the death rate, and improve the quality of life.
