Cryptic political and ideological education is an important part of the ideological andpolitical education. The ultimate goal of the ideological and political education is to makethe object to accept and internalizing the ideological and political ideas of theimplementation of education. Relative to the dominant ideological and political education,the cryptic ideological and political education has unique features, such as ambiguity,joviality, open, permeability, autonomy, etc. Under the market economic condition,strengthen the cryptic ideological and political education is very necessary. At present, wehave discovered a lot about cryptic ideological and political education of domestic colleges.However, our research into hospital cryptic ideological and political education is relativelybackward. Promoting the hospital cryptic ideological and political education has a positivesignificance for improving medical ethics to create a harmonious hospital circumstances.This paper attempts to analysis the existing problem of cryptic ideological andpolitical education and explores the characteristics of the hospital cryptic ideological andpolitical education and the method how to carry into execution, and then put forwardcountermeasures of hospital cryptic ideological and political education.This article is divided into four parts:Chapter Ⅰ, we review the literatures of research on the cryptic ideological and politicaleducation. A systematic exposition of the meaning of the cryptic ideological and politicaleducation, and summarizes the cryptic ideological and political education.Chapter Ⅱ, we focus on the hospital cryptic ideological and political education.Explicates the features and connotations of the hospital cryptic ideological and politicaleducation, and then we concentrate on the practical significance to strengthen the hospitalcryptic ideological and political education.Chapter Ⅲ, By questionnaires and sample compositions survey in5representativehospital, we briefly analyzes cause and current status of hospital cryptic Ideological andPolitical Education.Chapter Ⅳ, Study on hospital cryptic ideological and political education developmentand utilization. We explain four forms of hospital education resources have played asignificant role in improving the effectiveness of hospital ideological and politicaleducation.Chapter Ⅴ,we puts forward4countermeasures for strengthening the hospital crypticideological and political education: the first is to strengthen the hospital cryptic ideologicaland political education of personnel and intellectual support; the second is to establish thelong-term effective mechanism of the hospital cryptic ideological and political education;the third is to carry out the hospital cryptic ideological and political education activities;the last is to innovative hospital cryptic ideological and political education methods inorder to keep up with the fast-changing times.All in all, During the research of the subject, we attempts to provide academicreferences for promoting hospital Cryptic ideological and political education.
