Study On The Influencing Factors Of The New Generation Migrant Worker's Medical Insurance Participation Willingness

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of surplus rural labor force has flooded into cities.With the development of social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,there has been an intergenerational transformation within the migrant workers,and the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force in the labor market.Most of them have the desire to integrate into city life and have individual characteristics different from traditional migrant workers due to the social background of the new era.Health insurance,which can share the economic burden of future disease risks,is particularly important for the new generation of migrant workers.Therefore,through the construction of the index system and regression analysis,this paper studies the relevant influencing factors,and then draws a conclusion and puts forward constructive countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to participate in medical insurance.Based on the research path of "basic research-empirical research-inductive research",this paper makes a comprehensive analysis by means of literature research,comparative research,questionnaire survey analysis and statistical analysis.The first stage of basic research is mainly theoretical exploration,which lays the foundation for the following development.The second stage of empirical analysis is mainly to build models for empirical analysis;The third stage of inductive research is mainly to analyze the causes and results of the above empirical research results and put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper consists of five parts: first,the first part of the topic of the background,purpose and significance.Secondly,the relevant research at home and abroad is sorted out.Finally,the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper are put forward.The second part defines and expounds the related concepts and theories involved in the research.The third part mainly analyzes the difference of medical insurance participation intention of the new generation of migrant workers in Qingdao.These include differences between regions,industries and degrees.The fourth part is an empirical test of the factorsinfluencing the new generation of migrant workers' choice of medical insurance.By building a Probit and mlogit model,based on individual factors,the factors influencing employment,disease risk factors,migration will influence factors,the factors influencing policy familiarity and satisfaction five aspects Probit and mlogit regression analysis respectively,and then found the five aspects are variable in Cenozoic migrant workers to participate in medical insurance will have a significant impact.Finally,the conclusions of the paper based on the empirical analysis,combining literature research and interview data,targeted from improve the new generation peasant workers medical security system and legal system,strengthen the supervision and guidance of unit of choose and employ persons,improve the new generation of migrant workers' human capital and social capital that several big aspects put forward constructive countermeasures...
