Objectives:To explore the posture and early exercise intervention on the comfort and early function of patients with combined lumbar and hard anesthesia after cesarean section. The dependence of exercise and the influence of the degree of mastery provide a reference for improving the routine nursing methods and improving the quality of life of patients after cesarean section. Methods:This research is an experimental study, with the second ward of obstetrics in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University as the research site, selecting the time from August 1st to December 31 st,2019,103 patients underwent cesarean section. The anesthesia methods were combined with lumbar and hard anesthesia, including 51 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the experimental group. The control group patients in this study refer to the conventional posture nursing method of the sixth edition of "Surgical Nursing Science",that is,supine pillow for 6 hours postoperatively, without restricting patients' activities. At the same time,on the premise of the patient's conscious comfort, decide whether to shake the head of the bed and the foot of the bed,and give the patient early exercise intervention according to the lower extremity functional exercise chart(a combined active and passive exercise method),using a personal basic questionnaire and visual analog score(VAS)scale(evaluation of wound pain and comfort of the head and lower limbs),Kolcaba Comfort Condition Scale(GCQ)to collect data, observe the maternal vital signs and blood oxygen saturation within 1minute of posture change. After the posture change to 6 hours after operation, headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, incision pain and overall pain, lower back discomfort, the degree of comfort of head and the lower limbs, the lower limbs, the comfort of the patient after 6 hours after operation, the subjective dependence of the patient on early functional exercise after 6 hours and the degree of mastery of early functional exercise methods.Enter all data into Excel to establish a database, use SPSS25.0 for data analysis, set test level ?=0.05,test significance P<0.05,statistical description mainly adopts mean, standard deviation, rate, percentage, statistical inference measurement data selection t For the test. The chi-square test is used for the count dat,the rank sum test is used for the rank data, the Q-Q graph method is used for the normality test of the data, and the pearson and spearman analysis methods are used for the correlation analysis.Results:1.of the 106 study subjects,103 patients completed all studies, including 52 cases in the experimental group and 51 cases in the control group. The general data of the two groups of patients(P>0.05)were comparable.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of headache, dizziness, waist and back discomfort, nausea and vomiting, incision pain and overall pain, and comfort of both lower limbs(P>0.05).3.The head comfort level(t=-6.99,P=0.00)is higher in the experimental group than in the control group.4.The overall comfort level(P<0.05)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.5.The patients in the experimental group had a better grasp of the early functional exercise methods(Z=-2.67,P=0.01)and their dependence on early functional exercise(Z=-3.13,P=0.00)than the control group.Conclusions:1.The head pillow can be given to the patient within 6 hours after cesarean section, which can not only improve the patient's comfort, but also will not cause headaches, dizziness, nausea and vomiting and other complications.2.The designed functional exercise diagram, which combines graphics and text,is easier to grasp and helps to improve the patient's dependence on early post-operative functional exercise.3.This experimental method can provide a reference for future clinical nursing in terms of posture and early functional exercise.
