Objective:1.Compare the cellular immunity and humoral immunity indexes of children with OSAHS and healthy children, and explore whether OSAHS can affect the immune function of children.2.Compare the changes of cellular and humoral immune indexes after tonsilectomy and/or adenoidectomy in children with OSAHS,and explore the changes of immune function in children after tonsilectomy and/or adenoidectomy,so as to provide clinical basis for diagnosis and treatment.Method : 125 children with OSAHS and 60 healthy children in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected for this study.Children admitted to hospital beacuse of somnipathy were diagnsed with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)by taking a polysomnograph(PSG)in our department, then toke a nasopharyngeal lateral radiograph or nasal endoscopy to hint adenoid hypertrophy.Setting adenoid hypertrophy, tonsil hypertrophy, adenoid tonsil hypertrophy into three groups of ABC respectively, and the 60 healthy children were the conrol group.Three groups of ABC had adenoidectomy,Tonsilectomy, adenoidectomy and Tonsilectomy respectively,if they were without surgical contraindications.Collecting venous blood one day before surgery to test the indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity, postoperative and collecting venous blood to test the index of cellular immunity and humoral immunity again three months after surgery when they reviewed the disease. In the end, compared the indexes of cellular immune and humoral immune before amd after surgery of three groups of ABC in children with OSAHS with contol group respectively and compared the indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity before the surgury with that after the surgery in three groups of ABC inchildren respectively. All the above data were analyzed by spass20 statistical software in independent sample t test,t? test and paired t test for statistical difference.Result : 1.Compared preoprative cellular immune indexes and humoral immune indexes of group ABC in children with OSAHS with the control group respectively, drew a consistent conclusion that the proportion of CD8 in preoperative was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically different(P<0.05),and the proportion of CD3 and CD4 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were lower than that in the control group, which was statistically different(P<0.05)(P<0.05).The numbe of IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 were lower than that in the control group, which was statistically different(P<0.05).2.Compared preoprative cellular immune indexes and humoral immune indexes of group ABC in children with OSAHS with postoperative respectively, drew a consistent conclusion that there were no statistically significant differences in the proportion of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in CD3 and C4 between group A in children with OSAHS and control group(P > 0.05),CD4,CD8,CD4 / CD8,IgG,IgM,IgA and C3 were statistically different from those in the control group(P > 0.05);CD3,C3 and C4 were not statistically different in group B in children with OSAHS compared with those in the control group(P > 0.05);CD4,CD8,CD4 / CD8,IgG,IgM and IgA were statistically different from those in the control group(P > 0.05);IgG and C3 were not statistically different in group C in children with OSAHS compared with those in the control group(P > 0.05)There were significant differences in CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4 /CD8,IgM,IgA and C3 between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion :1.Compared with healthy children, children with OSAHS had lower IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4,higher proportion of CD8,lower proportion of CD3 and CD4,and lower ratio of CD4 / CD8,which suggested that the cellular immune function and the humoral immunity of children with OSAHS were disordered.2.After tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy in children with OSAHS,theproportion of CD3,CD4 and CD8 did not change compared with that before surgery, the ratio of CD4/CD8 remained unchanged,IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 remained unchanged, suggesting that tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy would not affect the cellular and humoral immune functions of children.3.Three months after tonsilectomy and / or adenoidectomy in children with OSAHS,there were still disorders of cellular immunity and humoral immunity, but there was no difference in some immune indexes compared with healthy children.
